  • I can't go without a phone for three days..so ill cry about it LOL

  • The customer is NOT the boss. They customers, they're guests. You are not some bootlicking buttkissing suckup who will jump on every command from the customer. Fuck that.

  • If she had placed an order over the phone for a warranty exchange, then the order number would have automatically been stamped to her account even if customer care failed to leave a note. Also, it is the customer's responsibility to phone ahead unless the customer specifically requests customer service to call ahead first. Even then they'll only do it in specific situations.

  • The sad thing here is, being a call center employee, she is not even anywhere near hostile compared to what I handle everyday.

  • FUCK DUDE!!!

  • i work in a call center, and this is actually VERY POLITE Customer, we have irate ass and bitches, this is actually not that bad....just sayin

  • I can't believe you all helped her out after all that! That is great customer service.I can't believe she started crying too, something must have been going on that day to make her so upset.

  • Unfortunately there are people that believe acting like an animal will magically gain them whatever they are asking for regardless of the situation. I suspect the video would have been more lively if started earlier since having security right there ready to remove you has a "behave stop throwing tantrum and cussing/threatening" effect.

  • 35 people clearly have not worked in retail wireless. I get people like this DAILY!! our customers are so spoiled.

  • they don't have a loaner phone. Leave.

  • oh and for those of you who think that someone shouting at you will get customer service...think again...we're only human and it immiediatly sends you on the defensive...it's an instinct. I think the staff were VERY patient with her. Oh...and on my mystery shopper test...I scored 100% for customer service. For those of you who think they should have done something else to help...I hope next time YOU have an abusive customer...you remember your comments and notice how it makes you feel.

  • I worked in a Vodafone store and had this problem. A woman got very abusive, threw phone at me & I called security to get her to leave as she was scaring some kids and making them cry. She sent her bf in store to kick my ass...I said 'do what you have to but if you touch me you're going to prison'. He left & neither returned. Now they can't use the store EVER as both are banned...well done customer.

  • She even says thank you.

  • Ok. She is really not that angry. It's just you damn store employees are being very arrogant. One of your employees told her to shut up? lmao. This lady seems very calm. LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE ARROGANT PRICK BOY.

  • Ahhhh......got to love the disconnect between care and retail.....I understand why she is upset but she can't swear at the employees. Did the rep tell her to shut up?

  • T-mobile, I use to sell the phones for them, It was ALWAYS blame the customers and flog them off, Worst company it is, I left 7 years ago.

T-mobile still doing the same....blame everyone else.

Sales people are thought this at t-mobile..to avoid re-funds or returns

  • @magadee1000 Maybe that's because you had a bad leader...I don't teach my people that way. Don't blame TMO for an individuals actions.

  • The customer is not always right, But the customer is still the customer. By posting this video on YouTube, I'm not really sure that you helped your cause at all.

  • I don't blame her for being angry, Because sometimes it's a lesson in futility to try and get anything done in many of these stores, and everyone wants to "pass the buck" to someone else. I don't blame her for getting angry. Many of these employees just need to be more informed and CHECK before they say that there is something there that doesn't exist.

  • Did you film this with a tin can?

C'mon; there are prepaid phones out there with better video quality than this.

  • Okay, yeah, I have worked in customer service. I did read the description, and I do think the employees were probably upset by an irate customer. But you simply do not tell a customer to '" shut up. " You just do not. I agree that customers are NOT always right. You can just tell them to leave or you will have to call police. Ugh... this brings back memories.

  • T-Mobile are a pathetic company, customer service they provide drives people to act this way. They employ Indian call centre staff who act like robots.

  • Customers are never always right. If proven guilty of misleading service, then she can go fuck herself. Why can't ppl be chill when doing business?

  • Serves her right for doing business with t-mobile.

  • That's all it takes. I work in retail and if the customer is being extremely rude to me, I could give a shit if "The customer is the boss" I won't help assholes and/or bitches. Talk to me in a civil tone and I will do what I can. That's all it takes.

  • @Nofe20 amen to that

  • T-Mobile does suck though.

  • Fuck that annoying bitch. I swear people have no understanding when it comes to motherfucking cell phones. Stupid ass.

  • Get a real service provider next time.

  • Annoying bitch but i can agree fone companys are wack

  • can't blame her. their coverage sucks horse dick

  • crazy

  • This is why businesses like this eventually go under. They hire morons that mistreat customers that are angry for a reason, then they wonder what happened to their client base.

  • @thedailydigestorg because customers are rude and nasty?

  • @joshuahjeaton Go build a business and get back to me when you understand how the world works.

  • @thedailydigestorg I know how the world works and this customer is way out of line... customers THINK they are entitled to what ever they want... which is NOT true.. I would have never allowed this to go on for 20-30 minutes... 10minutes at the most and then she would have been "removed" from the store...

  • @joshuahjeaton How quaint. The young boy thinks he knows something.

After being in the corporate world for many years and now owning my own business, I can say that you have no clue. You are the type that won't hold a job very long.

You make broad statements which make no sense. "THINK they are entitled to what ever they want"? That is too ridiculous to respond to.

It's not up to you or the employee to decide. It's not YOUR business.

  • @thedailydigestorg Umm the employee is just a minimum wage earner following the rules set down by corporate big wigs who sit in their cozy offices most of the day and don't have to deal with stuff like this.

  • @bdjoh011 LOL! I'm sure that the "corporate bigwigs" told all the employees to act like asses. I have to assume that you are very young to have made such a naive comment. One day when you grow up and enter into the work force you will change your mind.

  • @thedailydigestorg Actually I have worked in retail for many years. I have worked dilligently to solve as much customer complaints as I can, but I had to also follow the rules that were set down by the big guns. I would always double check with a manager on duty too. Basically speaking, if I broke the rules just to keep a customer from bitching at me, I could get fired. How about being a little less judgemental.

  • @bdjoh011 "many years"? You're only 30! LOL!

Please, look up the word "judgmental" and use it properly. Just one more example of a word that is misused to try to detour the conversation when it becomes uncomfortable for you.

Your assertions of this video are wrong, and perhaps one day you will come to understand that.

  • @thedailydigestorg you, seem to be somewhat of an idiot. so lets clear some things up here. If you read the discription of the video, it is unfortunate that you are unable to see the entire interaction. The employees tried to assist the customer the best that they could, this customer was unrelenting and rude from the very start. She wanted a LOANER phone that they DID NOT have in stock. You can't give someone a brand new phone in place of a loaner. Not to mention, she had a phone in her hand.

  • @MichaelElliotMusic Mikey, you're a child at 25 and know nothing of owning a business or being in the corporate world.

Come back when you grow up. And after you apologize for being so ignorant, I'll teach you how the world works.

  • @thedailydigestorg So, you tell me. Customer walks in, "I need a loaner phone" rep:'Unfortunately they're all checked out at the moment, I can call a few stores to attempt to find one for you..' customer:"CUSTOMER CARE SENT ME HERE, I WANT ONE NOW!!" Rep:'ma'am I apologize that they sent you here, I can do my best to locate one for you.." customer:"you all are pieces of sh!t F*ck you!" (etc etc). rep:"maam, I understand your upset, but please watch your language".. for 20 mins what would you do?

  • get the complaint call...hear all the bitching...blah blah my____is late...what am i going to get free...:) ha..must you need_____that bad to complain about it being late?!..by a minute most of the time...OR..get the complaint call and the mom says that her kids went to sleep without eating becuase the____was late..sorry but maybe that makes you a bad parent for sending your kid to bed without eating.."ill just call____" i stay quiet..then they say..well arent you going to stop me?NOPECHUCKTESTA

  • cant you pussys help her out???? So you record her you guys are so low. T mobil sucks

  • @marcot401 No, she couldn't be helped. She wanted a loaner phone, that we didn't have. she became irate, which we understood. However when we tried to help her she kept swearing and yelling. This video was started after we called security. This particular store has had customer threaten to come back with a gun in the past (because they tried to return a damaged phone, and I declined) so I originally recorded this for my safety as the store's cameras do not record audio.

  • @dctenterprises7 So what you do is stop talking to her and move on. If she wants a number then give her a number. Write it down. Throw it in her direction. Whatever. Don't continue conversation with someone who shows no signs of surrender.

  • @marcot401 Like I said T mobil SUCKS!!! and complete scam artist!!!

  • Actually, I will never use T Mobile after watching this video and reading your comments.

  • This woman needs to learn how capitalism works.

  • @MrJevrick The phone she was looking for was a LOANER phone. The replacement phone was being mailed to her via customer care for warranty/insurance.

Loaner phones are not required by any terms or agreements with T-mobile. I feel bad that she was sent to the store to pick one up, but honestly her yelling and screaming the way that she was (Before the video started, which unfortunately you can't see) was completely unacceptable. There is only so much you can do when you don't have something..

  • Not to bash on you guys, but T-Mobiles customer service over the phone are horrible when it comes to information. They never help anyone with correct information, most of the time it was oh this store has it oh this store also has it, then all of a sudden you go to the store to get a replacement phone only to run into someone who refers you to customer service again and being on the phone for 30 minutes. How would you feel?

  • @578Dark Trust me, I am aware. This is my video, I am on my other account at the moment.

I worked for t-mobile for two and a half years, I too had to deal with customer care. The "flex pay/prepaid" customer service treated us just as shitty, with customers in front of us. It wasn't a replacement phone, it was a LOANER phone. It is not required, or in the contract. It is a program created to assist customers in need. Ever hear the term "when available" ?

  • This whole situation can be looked at in multiple different ways. While you guys are irriatated with her yelling, shes going nuts because all i can hear in this video are the reps beating around the bush and not telling her the truth "while you have a valid warranty, we cant honor it". Its not your guys's falt, but the phone company itself.

  • @Anglynn74- I can't even begin to put into words how much I envy you. I've been working retail for 5 years now, & I'm honestly at the point where I hate people in general. It's amazing how some people have this false sense of entitlement, & believe they can just treat people at their place of work with such disrespect. I hope this ignorant cum slut in the video gets violently gang raped, & stabbed to death.

  • Where is this? Toronto?

  • Sprint is way worse that this damn company.

  • The fact that you secretly recorded a customer and then posted it on YouTube tells me all I need to know about your lack of respect for the customer.

  • Comment removed

  • @conorejotas totally agree!

  • I love it when they cry...

  • As much as I feel for people who work jobs with the public, as I have worked with the public in person and over the phone and you deal with complete psychos on a daily basis, I still think this video does not show everything. Where is proof that you were mistreated ? This video only shows a customer who is unhappy because of being told something and being something else. If you consider this a tough customer, boy oh boy you haven't dealt with the angry ones let me tell you.

  • @lexram01 thank you. At least someone got the point of this video.

  • It is definitely not okay to treat someone that you want to help you like garbage. It's sad that the beginning wasn't recorded because then that would give more credence to the whole situation but I fail to understand why customers actually think when they are told they can't be helped that they are being lied to. YOu cannot manufacture a phone to hand them. Treating someone you need to help you poorly will NEVER get you anything positive.

  • Wow... I didn't realize how many people think its okay to treat retail employees like garbage.. So let me clarify for those of you who think its okay to swear and literally scream at people in public...

Legally it's called disturbing the peace. It's not okay either way you look at it.

She was not told to "shut up" she was asked politely to stop swearing as there were other customers and children in the store at the

    Time.

Her husband was so embarrassed he left the store.

    Every time we pi

  • It doesn't matter how the customer was acting because she is the customer. Short of actually becoming violent there is no reason to treat someone the way that she was treated while you are working. I work in health care and get yelled at on a daily basis, but would never ever treat someone the way this women was treated. A patient has has screamed at one of our receptionist and called her a bitch and her reponse was I am sorry your upset sir. If she can still be kind and courteous so can you!

  • @candycube81 No, actually the customer can be WRONG as this woman was. She was WAY out of line. You teach people how to treat you. And I'm sorry that you and the receptionist you wrote about are doormats. Stand the f up for yourself.

  • @shiiuza we are not doormats, It is called being at work you dumbass, I am sorry that you apparently don't care if you are fired on a daily basis but I was brought up to respect myself and my job and going off on someone at work or telling them to shut up is going to get you fired unless you are working at some job such as I guess T-mobile or Mcdonalds. I never said the CUSTOMER is always right and you would know this if you bothered to read my post. The woman clearly just wanted her fking phone

  • You're a doormat. Maybe you don't feel like one but you are. You can respect your job, but if someones treating you like crap, don't just stand there! I'm not talking about the average rude customer, but I've told customers to leave me alone & my employer backs me up. I've been nominated 3 times out of 200+ employees for outstanding customer service. I understand this woman just wanted her phone but she doesn't have to yell, swear, & cry about. It's a PHONE. Should've been polite.

  • @shiiuza I am anything but a doormat. I have strong beliefs about conduct for myself both while at work and when not. If need be I will stick up for my convictions. I am sorry that I have had the ability to grow up and act like an adult at work and not take things personally. If you have to tell people to leave you alone at work and go crying to your boss that someone is being mean that makes you pathetic and a child.

  • @candycube81 I guess you haven't had the pleasure of being verbally abused, sworn at, stalked, or had disgusting sexual advances made on you by a customer / patient, etc. THEN you'll understand why my supervisors and boss back me up when I'm having a problem. I stopped wearing my nametag because creeps started asking for me at the front desk.

  • @candycube81 Your attitude is the reason our country is falling apart. Lord forbid we teach people proper manners if they don't already know. I would never, EVER call someone names because I'm upset. How old are you that you would think stomping your feet like a two year old is appropriate?

  • @TheNilesEdge So what exactly would you like me to have done in that situation start yelling names back at the patient? That would have been real mature. I have a master's degree and am a respected professional in my field I am not going to lower myself to the level of a person immature enough to call me names. The real way to ensure people will hang around and yell and scream is to do the same back to them. If you are nice and polite they usually leave. sorry your job means so little to you.

  • @candycube81 Scream and yell names? Hardly. There are ways of letting a person know how childish they are without acting like a fool, and this employee did just that. She started crying like a goddamn child, and you want HIM to treat her like a respectable adult?! THAT'S the problematic attitude I'm talking about.

  • So apparently no one actually reads the description or my previous statements.. Well, a few of you did.

There is about 20-30 minutes of courteous professional treatment before this point. She was offered directions to another store that may have had a loaner phone. When we tried to call and verify for her (so she didn't drive all the way there for nothing AGAIN) she started literally screaming at us

About how customer care told her to come in.

They were not police, they were security office

  • @TheMoonlightrising so too bad you guys do not have that footage.. what is being broadcast here, is the after effects of what you ( and I do believe you ) had happen to you. She claims you told her to shut up so she said it back... you can't help but understand why so many people are kind of saying that you do not talk to customers that way. I work on the PHONES! It's even worse. People say "fuck you" and then hang up the phone... Sometimes they yell from the very start of the call. LOL

  • No they helped her out only because the police showed up and forced them too! The guy clearly asked her to leave after she asked if they could give her another store to pick her phone up at. The workers there suck! I wouldn't have been as nice as the customer was! Generally it is the people not being brought to tears that are being the dicks!

  • The customer is NOT always right, I worked retail for a couple yrs a long time ago & some of these nasty people think that the employees are always stuck behind a register & that they can be nasty to the workers as if they're pieces of shit, like this woman. For some reason customers feel as if they have the upper hand & the cashier will kiss their feet & do whatever they want them too. I am much older now than I was yrs ago in retail but I left & never worked w/ the public again.

  • I think she was trying to get or looking for a place to get a loaner phone...

  • Let that bitch go to At&t and get ass raped on her plan. see if at&t will be as nice.

  • Customer service sucks at all cellphone companies...you might as well save your time and just go to the store and talk to the employees there

  • All that had to happen is to check the notes on her acct to see if T-Mobile EVER promise her a loaner. I used to work for T-Mobile CC and it is really just that simple....

  • What a lie.I know plenty of people who have picked up loaner phones at store locations!

  • Hate to say it but im on the womans side. She drove all the way out there like customer care referred her to and then you guys don't have the phone available? It is then your responsiblity to promptly accomodate the customer and jump over hoops if you have to to keep their business, not call the police on them, sheesh!

  • @NorCalBear84 They can as long as the customer is rational about it & not freaking out like a lunatic. Once the customer gets irate no matter what the situation then they've stepped over the line regardless of what kind of day they've had, the cashier is not responsible for someone else having a bad day. I used to have plenty of customers have issues like this but once they started getting loud & disrespectful all bets were off & they were kicked out by security.

  • when it comes from tmobile all morals go out

  • T mobile customer service and employees are full of shit and liers.

  • What a cry baby bitch she is.

  • Yay! Those good ol' employees being all nice after the cop got there! *Sarcasm. I don't think she should have gotten that angry over the lack of loaner phones, but NO employee should talk to a costumer that way.

  • T-Mobile fucked up here by not confirming that a loaner phone is in stock and the in store customer service was a little piss poor as well but even then if a customer is making a big fuss it won't solve anything.

T-Mobile is a fail company anyway.

  • @7477238 That's why I got rid of T-Mobile 6 years ago.

  • Um if people read and listen...They didn't have any loaner phones in stock...You cant change what you don't have so people making comments saying give her a phone ...THEY CANT thats why it's called "STOCK"

  • Who lit the fuze on her tampon?

  • Fuck Tmobile!

  • Tmobile customer service is absolutely horrible. Good for her for standing up to these little pricks.

  • Ugh I work in customer service...I hate some of my customers...makes me wonder if it's worht it even hvaing a job sometimes.

  • @dutico Same here! RMA customers are the worst! Makes you wish your customers would just stand and commit suicide sometimes.

  • @hedegaard8 I won't lie, sometimes I feel that way =D lol

  • Wow, customer service at this place REALLY sucks.

  • She asked for a manager and I got a CSM. I said I don't put up with this crap (Yeah its not professional I made a mistake) and she said I swore. My pet peeves are people who say crap is a swear word at an older age!! Knowing those girls they probably party and have sex n shit.

  • @dctenterprises7 I feel you I dealt with customers for close to 11 years and I wouldn't put up with that crap. I refuse service to people who mouth me off. A young asian and a black woman came to my till one time in express with way more than the required amount, I told them "I'll take you next time but this is an express" she snapped "WHO CARES" and I put her stuff back in her bags and asked her to go away.

  • @dctenterprises7 Were you guys apologetic when you couldn't satisfy the customer? What did she do to insult you guys?

  • @halfhumanhalfzombie she wouldn't stop swearing for one. insulting remarks such as "you guys just don't know how to do your job" or "how long have you worked here? a week?" "you guys are a bunch of idiots, call customer care they'll tell you what to do" all of which were unnecessary. when you cause a scene in public as she did, its the equivalent of a child throwing a tantrum. it doesn't accomplish anything other than make you look like an idiot in public.

  • @dctenterprises7 Well, from what I heard the tmobile employees were being less than helpful, and were demonstrating that they could care less about the customer. If she called you guys a bunch of idiots, she was absolutely correct.

  • I didn't know Canadians were this crazy

  • i bet if those sales associates knew they were going to get a commission out of her they would have helped the pissed off costumer and solved the problem. cause they dont care about you they just want to make their commission. they think their shit dont stink. and that they are better than every one

  • @tgreen3048 Have you ever worked a commission sales job? When you have to rely on more than half your income being commission maybe you would put up with some peoples shit too. FYI even if she was trying to buy anything, and acted in the way she did. I would have kicked her out still. Is it okay to scream and yell and swear at anyone in public? The answer is NO. It's called disturbing the peace...

  • @dctenterprises7 Thank you! :-)

  • @tgreen3048 What a round about way of saying "I am an idiot".

  • shitty service!

  • Who gives a damn if shes being rude, you still have to do your damn job! He is just being a dick! DICKHEAD ASS EMPLOYEE!!! In the end the customer is always right!

  • Ugh. I work at Sears and I've had people fight with me over stuff like 2 dollars.

  • Ok so t-mobile may not be all that great but what phone companies are? It clearly says in the description at the beginning of the video that customer care sent her to the phone store to get a loan phone but it was customer care who FAILED to make sure that particular store had a loan phone available, which is why the staff in that store suggested she go to another store and they would ring up to make sure they had a loan phone available, its not at all the staff's fault its customer care.

  • That's why I left T-Mobile 5 years ago, been with T-Mobile for 4 years, I've thru hell with them just like this customer, Thank God T-Mobile is being replace by AT&T. T-Mobile are raggety scumbags.

  • THANK GOD, T-MOBILE IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!! THANK YOU A.T&T!!!!!

  • She's rude. Ok. Guess what? Its rude to make someone come to the store and take the time out of their day for no reason.

  • Guys, I agree with the lady, ive had t-mobile. Nothing but bad experiences.

  • why do people say Alls i want, thats not a fucking word

  • wow no racist comments in here?..bet if she was black it would of been a whole diffrent story..

  • Please dont yell at me.Thank you.

  • I would be upset too if "T-MOBILE" sent me there and they didn't even have what they sent me there for! Is T-Mobile going to pay for her wasted gas? Nope! Is the store going to give her the phone she was sent there by "T-Mobile" to get? Nope! Instead she is told to "fuck off" and leave. Yeah, I'd be upset as well. Horrible customer service!

  • @Nysguy2003 She wasn't told to "fuck off" and leave. She was asked calmly to stop swearing at us. we tried to explain that we did not have a loaner phone but she couldn't listen. She kept yelling and swearing. If YOU read the description you would know that. This video was started just after security was called. She calmed down a lot once we called security..

  • ALLLLLSSSSSS

  • i just about lose my shit every time i step into a tmobile as well

  • @tomitstube I don't know how you missed the part in both the description and the video where they don't HAVE a loaner phone.

Of course, I think it's fucking ridiculous that they can't just give her a cheap phone that they do have in stock, but it's the greedy motherfuckers in corporate who come up with that bullshit, not the pussy sales rep she's yelling at.

  • I will report your no good lazy minimum wage ass to the next no good lazy minimum wage ass. Why do people think that's a valid threat to a moron working in a phone store? There working in a phone store. They're morons. What do you expect?

  • @TheTopBloke I know ur a girl caz ur a Bitch

  • @lovetv13 I know you're a loser because you didn't get it.

  • @TheTopBloke Not all people working minimum wage jobs are morons. Some have to pay for college, some got laid off and had to get another job quickly and not all people working retail make minimum wage! You're the moron, not them. And in case you're wondering,no I don't work a minimum wage job just standing up for hard working people.

  • @kimmay1990 Ok hero, whatever you say.

  • typical women, " I dont get my way so I am just going to cry"

  • all i heard when she spoke was: blah blah blah blah im a bitch blah blah blah

  • Stupid whore was in the wrong.....then all she has left, in typical fashion, is to start crying........bitch got served real good! GTFO!

  • dumb ass customers...think they know that we don't know how to do our jobs :/

  • @magikkord You don't.

  • @magikkord She's probably just got divorced and been laid off so many times.

  • its that time of the month

  • she's not a kid, you can't change her and she's not even acting that wildly...that must be the first time you've ever had a customer not be super nice?? that's NOTHING compared to other angry customers. just tell her the situation once, do what you can for her (call those other places instead of putting her in a corner and scolding her), and she will leave because all she wanted was to pick up a freaking phone. and vent a little.

  • how hard was it to

1- explain that ALTHOUGH this would be a store to pick a loaner phone up from, they are currently out of stock and it was not right in the 611 CS's records.

2 - ignore her continuous, repetitive fussing and just start dialing other places

3 - tell her they don't have the phone but those other locations do, sorry about the inconvenience, thanks for your time, have a good day.

the reps at the store think she's wrong when they wasted all that time trying to preach to her.

  • HELLO RETAIL the Devil said "customer is always right" when welcoming us all to Hell .

  • Fuck u

  • Sometimes the customer just needs to accept "no". Sometimes the customer is going to need to do a little work. It's not fair, I get it. They were wrong. But you are not going to get what you want. That said, it does seem she was screwed. I really wish I could have seen the beginning of this confrontation. i doubt she was as pleasant as she was to the cop.

  • @rrpostalagain yeah you paid an arm and a leg for a service would you accept a no answer?

  • hehe

  • the guy behind the desk was kind of a douche too.

  • "I'm taking my service back to AT&T." hahaha

  • wow cant she just order it online?

  • Why do people cry for everything

  • automotive service manager here. go though this crap from time to time and it can realy be hard to keep your cool

  • 4:07 and not once did this customer raise her voice or shout or yell, all I heard was the guy working there acting like a smug jerk and calling security, thanks, now I know to boycott t mobile

  • @peteo100 They clearly started taping after she was done yelling.

  • I love this girl Tmobile sucks!!!

  • @mercenary6941 NO we're not. This woman is just a fucking moron.

  • You bitches are always mad even WHEN ITS IN T-MOBILE GO TO ANOTHER STORE AND SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!

  • What a rude bitch!

  • @harpsealpup86 what a dumb fuck... you

  • @xterminator069 - Are you related to the rude bitch or something?

  • @harpsealpup86 i know that prick salesman is your gay boyfriend.

  • why don't you clowns just GIVE her a goddamn loaner phone and fix the problem later. at the stores inconvenience and not the customers?

why does the customer have to be the one out of luck for your stores fuck up?

duh huh, sorry lady, looks like you shit out of luck, duh huh, have you seen our new sale on phones? duh huh.

instead of fixing the ladies problem you tell her to leave. you should have you head held in a toilet.

  • @tomitstube They don't have one. That was the problem....

  • @tomitstube Were you even listening? They didn't have a phone for her at that store.

  • @allison2590 ~ they don't have phones at a phone store...? wow.

  • @tomitstube They didn't have a LOANER phone. There's a difference between a brand new phone and a loaner phone. They aren't going to crack open a brand new phone just for one person.
