I agree it is easier to just plug in to society but if you dont you will get put in Jail for many things, arrested, beaten up, loose your property, family etc the goverment are bullies
Remembering of course that the 'Trust' is a legal fiction easily subverted by the power of those that issue the fiat currency ( promise to pay ) that being Banks.
Essentially the Trust is a slave operation designed to extract commercial energy from living people to serve corporations. It does offer benefits however they are exceeded by the obligations.
All roles and offices created under the Government (the Trust) is subject to its jurisdiction thereof.
The created role and "office" known as 'citizen' is also incorporate of the Trust and the natural person that stands in this role takes on fiduciary duties as trustee to serve under the Trust. This is from where your Oath / Allegiance is assumed - by your standing as a 'citizen'.
Only the People (the Beneficiary) may hold their trustees accountable by filing suit in a "court of record".

Government is a Trust, in the literal sense.
The People (the real flesh & blood human beings) are the Creators (a.k.a. Settlors / Trustors) of the Government that is created in Trust.
The Government itself is the Trust.
Those original People and their Posterity (descendants) are the Beneficiary of that Trust.
All subjects of the Trust are the Trustee and stand under its statutory Acts and Bills in order to serve the Beneficiary - the People.
