cool vid :) I've booked flights for 14 days in japan this summer :D will be getting the bullet train tourist pass so want to see as much of JP as I can. How long a stay do you recommend for kyoto?
You can't see all that you want to see in Kyoto even if you had 14 years. That being said, to see the big stuff--and with your 14-day schedge in mind-- I'd say 3~4 days. Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, Ginkaku-ji, walk the river, grab a drink at a local bar, time it right and see the festival too. Good Luck~!
Great you definitely should. I checked out your page and I see that you are a big anime fan. I watched my share of One Piece a few years ago~ Keep up the Japanese language study and you will have a great time once you get there!
