i read that the BF have a twin brother and the BF asked his twin to pretend to be him. at first, the twin didn't agree but the Bf died and the twin agreed. so yeah, the twin didn't really showed some affection and in the end, the twin told the girl the truth that his BF died and he is his twin brother.
