  • You are awesome. I'm so proud. Good job.

  • You failed to countersue and ask for a remedy. Like maybe have the courts order the police to start applying the Constitution instead of policy to their works and doings... You're getting nothing done except making videos so that people get pissed at the police. How about having a town meeting with them and bring videos and evidence against them. A jury of their peers kind of thing. You got SOME pull Adam, don't waste it. Why does RT have to be the truth over the mainstream? Get mainstram Adam.

  • you need to press charges against the cops or have you become victims. Its not easy but if you're going to start something you need to have the balls to follow through.

  • you guy are a bunch of jackass's. i'v never understood asking for trouble from the police. i stay as far away from cops as i can.

  • @555BERSERKER it's called standing up for your rights rather than being a sheep controlled by your shepard.

  • @555BERSERKER yeah man stay away from the cops, nothing good ever comes from it.dont confront police unless your willing to throw them a beating, cause all they do is lie anyways, and if you really want stir some shit, dancing is not the way to do it.

  • You guys danced very well. Next time there should be 1000 people there.

  • All they wanted to do is inconvience you for 24 hours which they did, and it was elligal for them to do based on those charges, so did you file a law suit against the state for detaining you without proper cause?

  • Too many "ERROR TRY AGAIN" messages. WHY????

  • Wow you got the case dismissed....but now this cop is free to carry on fucking innocent people up? You should have took this further and sued these bastards for what they did and get them fired, THAT would be a victory, all you have done is rolled over and let them fucking win again.

  • Adam Kockish

  • hey adam, you might want to be careful because now people can flag videos on youtube for "promoting terrorism" and according to the MIAC, constitutionalists are terrorists

  • @alpengeist19 I don't think people are going to flag Adam's videos if they realize they are free.

  • Your a dickhead Mr Adam Kokesh

  • The guy in the glasses is very cute!! and he dances so funny. LOl hope he does it again just so i can watch.

  • Adam ... great show! That's all we are to the judicial system ... a paying customer! Their NOT attorneys ... their USED CAR SALESMEN ... SELLING us off to the highest bidder!

  • did you tap that old lady? esh!

  • Dancing and Banging Slaves ... FTW!

  • dancing assholes, your just another bunch of annoying cunts, go protest something worthwhile you fucking cockroaches

  • Lol every comment below...... R so worry about the law haha u pussy's...keep working hard slaves... Yes u r a slave.. And u know it...

  • Stupid hippies WANT to get arrested...

They don't realize how this shit works. Cops can arrest you even if the charges wont stick.

It will still be a huge hassle for you and ruin your day...

Or if you don't have a job or a life, it will MAKE your day, like with these Hippiesweats

  • @jasonjohnson1981 so because cops can do something thats wrong we should just roll over an take it up the ass? im sorry but id rather fight gettin butt raped by power hungry cops than lube up for them.

  • I found cops actions ridiculous. You go guys!

  • If you wanted to dance so bad... y didnt you dance 3 feet outside the memorial?

  • I wonder how much this whole shebang cost the taxpayers... Good on ya. Ya won. Woohoo.

  • they dismissed the case, but you still have an arrest record. now you place civil suit against the state and park authorities, also against the sear gent , in charge , bogus charges, lost wages, and punitive damages, don't stop at just dismissed charges, it will cost ya , attorneys don't go against the system

  • I'm not exactly sure that being arrested, spending hours and hours in jail and having to appear before a court and then being exonerated of the charges is a win. If you posted a video of you winning a case against unlawful detainment or having the officers put on unpaid leave, yeah, that's a victory.

  • Any action being taken against those police.....there needs to be!!!!!

  • Adam, you're a complete ass and you shame the U.S. Military. "Hooray, I fought for my country now I'm entitled to act like a dick and fight AGAINST my nation's laws and law enforcement personnel."

  • @TexasTrucker210 every man, woman and child needs to fight AGAINST their nation;s laws and law enforcement personnel!

we are free! we must act free! PROTEST!

save a victim, KILL A COP!

  • Comment removed

  • Awesome, now go protest something that's actually worth while, like TSA, phone tapping, SOPA, the Patriot Act, or any of the other hundreds of legislated laws that are -actually- a threat to civil liberties. Feel free to come back to "dancing" when you're done overturning all of -those- REAL threats to the Bill of Rights.

  • @eggiex1 at least they are doing something.

  • @eggiex1 protesting for 1st amendment isnt worth while?? Are you fucking nuts?

  • @gnidich2000 No, the one who is nuts is the one who thinks this is one of the things to protest while the rest of the real offenses to the bill of rights burn down the whole constitution, but I wouldn't expect a nut like you to understand that. Keep whining about dancing, and happily get phone tapped when you call your friends about your arrest. Genius!

  • @eggiex1 It's all worth while!

  • @eggiex1 Thats why we have Ron Paul. RON PAUL 2012

  • @eggiex1 and what have you done other than sitting on your ass typing suggestions that OTHER people should do?

  • @Niaooooooo Not wasting my time getting arrested just to make loud noise and no actual results, that's what.

  • @eggiex1 And what will you be doing in the meantime?

  • @eggiex1

Hey man. Give them a break. That was just the first step. At least they had the balls to do what they did.

  • SAVE A VICTIM, KILL A COP!

  • @overgrow00 You're a horrible person.

  • @TexasTrucker210 no, you are.

  • @TexasTrucker210 We come to USA for the freedom and now the government taking away our freedom? That's Bullshit!

  • @EdwardTanesr I go to the Jefferson Memorial to try and enjoy myself and immature kids are fucking off ruining everyone else's time? That's Bullshit!

  • Remember these events, when for example, as an anti abortion or gay marriage Christian type person, you want the govt to impose and enforce your views through legislations; or as an Atheist, you resent the use of "God" in the school and request the same. It doesn't stop there.

If you're on a witch hunt for whatever reason, terrorism or otherwise, govt is always happy to oblige you; using your consent for one thing to take liberties someplace else.

    Your cherished liberties are next.

  • Why not bring up charges against the police department? If they haven't already...

  • I cheered when they said that Troy Davis was dead

  • Should say $100 is fine... We will take our checks!

  • I'm happy!!! that was ridiculous!!!

  • Can you sue these robt idiot cops? They need to face law suits for unlawful arrest. So they get the messae that they are at risk when they have no lawful basis for making an arrest. Sue them.

  • Thumbs up Adam and Co.

George W Bush joked about WMDs with his comedic double and he got a standing ovation while Iraqis and Soldiers were being killed in an illegal war. A bunch of feel-good Americans showed some love infront of Jefferson and they got cuffed, slammed and arrested.

Adam I look forward to your next boogie infront of the Lincoln Memorial. If you choose not to, no worries, you & your friends did good.

  • Your not happy you got away with dancing.. Your happy you got away with being assholes with a video camera trying to make a point.

  • @jammer3598 LOL Hmmm, wait till you are slammed to the ground for something completely harmless as dancing.... Knucklhead.

  • @jammer3598 The point? Cops are being trained to confront protestors with just enough violence to take them down but not leave marks the next day. I think they made a pretty good point, showing just how close to Nineteen Eighty-Four we really are. Fiction becomes reality--not only in science.

  • this will be your legacy.....you got out of a fuken dancing ticket..

so proud.....after the marines made you a man...now you are a clown...

  • @ElmaCannonPrieto If all you do is make playlists of music all day and don't actually learn something about the world, you will always be as ignorant as your comment suggests you are.

Ignorance: A lack of knowledge or information. [I put the definition of ignorant in there for you because I know you're probably so uneducated that you think it means rude.]

  • @2eelShmeal ROTFLMAO...that is all you deserve...hahahahha

  • @ElmaCannonPrieto Yeah it's funny. Really funny. We are a country of 350 million morons like you. Who vote. We're fucked.

  • Comment removed

  • activist suck, lol. No really you people feel sorry for a murderer. You protest about a government you know nothing about.

  • @28Underdogg

If I'm mistaken about whom you're directing your comment towards, forgive me, but from the tone, it sounds as if you're saying Adam knows nothing of the government. You do know Adam was in the Marines from 1999 to 2007, don't you? I think he's got more first hand experience with the government than the majority.

  • @gothnate Being in the armed forces doesnt give you any more knowledge of the government than any other profession. Marines dont sit in with senators debating policy; they go to other coutries and shoot people.

  • @agemac

They may not sit in with officials while they're debating policy, but they sure are the first to feel the effects of that policy.

  • @gothnate I disagree. Marines would definitely feel the effects of some foreign policies, but others, such as the traders in import/export industry, would feel it much earlier than the marines. The Marines are brought in when there is little, if no, option for finding a peaceful resolution. And even then their job is the same regardless of policy.

  • @agemac

Of course we're discussing foreign policy, not economic. However, when knee-jerk reactions are taken by the president with no clear goal, all military personnel that have the misfortune of being sent to these countries are affected, no matter their job.

  • @agemac

Well just because they don't sit with senators don't mean they have no idea what the government is doing. In fact they are the ones most knowledgeable about our foreign policy because they are in other countries shooting people (our foreign policy.) Whereas most Americans who aren't aware of this fact believe we are going to other countries to defend ourselves.

  • I am really glad you guys got out of it, I watched the main video and freaked the fuck out all up and down the house lol.

  • why pray for a guy that murdered a few people?

  • yeah but they put their filthy hands on you guys. They're the ones how should be behind bars dirty cops and the anti American who are destroying our Constitution.

  • You are very wrong about that, the cops are the last people I turn to for help.

  • @dalecs47 so martial law instead of marshall law? A fine citizen you make.

  • @eltorten I don’t know what comment you refer to as this item is months old now. However in another article I asked Adam to compare the treatment his teenager friends received by the police during teabag protests VS the treatment received from cops to the OWS. Adam refused to compare. The fact is that the teabagers got support from the cops because the teabagers and the cops are on the same side, that of the 1%, both groups being totally bought or have sold out. Big disappointment, sorry.

  • @eltorten

The law is not supposed to be able to be provoked goodsir, you just completely won the argument for Adam and the "idiots."

"It is sometimes said that man is not fit to govern himself. If that is true; then how can man be fit to govern others?" - Thomas Jefferson

  • They were released because the court have much more important cases than charging a group of ignorant idiots dancing next to a memorial. All five of you should be ashamed for your lack of respect.

  • @MartinTheL33t

Who's your grandfather? Hitler? Stalin? Gaddafi? All th above? What will you do when the simple act of questioning the state behavior and rules is considered "a lack of respect"?? Those people DIDN'T desecrated the monument with graffitis. They DIDN'T destroyed the monument. They were NOT confrontational or aggressive. They DIDN'T pose a threat to public security. Yet, they were arrested. If they were REALLY a threat, this case WOULDN'T have been dismissed.

  • unfortunately it was dismissed so a precedent wasnt set. :(

  • I thought writing on money was against the law. Hold on, let me google it LOL.

  • bunch of punk a-holes provoking the police and then acting the victim. you want to dance, go to a dance hall, not a national monument. bars serve you alcohol, but drinking in public will get you arrested too

  • @MikeA0110 I had a conversation with an illiterate highschool teacher when I was a student 9 years ago about why tasers were unconstitutional. This guy couldn't understand why making cops judge, jury, and executioner would be a bad thing. He kept saying "in some cases, force is required" and being a cop is dangerous. If you get stopped for not wearing a seat belt and a cop tasers you and you die of myocardial infarction, I guess it's tough luck, right? You are nothing...remember that.

  • eddie looks like keith morris

  • "OUR" government? (1:15) Do you have a mouse in your pocket? For it to be "ours" I have to have partial ownership, or at least have given it consent to represent me. I do not give consent to that gang of criminals to have anything at all to do with me.

  • What happened to the police that body slammed you?

  • @Amish4Truth yea but I don't think they could prove that adam did it. He was merely attempting to pay with said defaced currency. I'm not a lawyer and am unsure on this but I would imagine its one of those impossible to prove who did it situations.

I know I've had bills with writing on them and it isn't like I wrote on them and would be skeptical to whether or not I could be brought up on charges for merely using them. That isn't what you're saying is it?

  • I'm glad that you didn't get prosecuted, but dropping charges doesn't equal a precedent-setting court victory. At the end of the day, more needs to be done because the police still have the power to arrest people for violating laws they have no intention of enforcing. It's harassment, and it's an infringement on our First Amendment.

  • Awesome.

  • Anyone that thinks that your freedom and rights mean you can do whatever you want , whenever you want , whereever you want, without regard to the rights of others is moron.

    Find another hobby

  • @2002lees People who disregard liberty and want a state to use force against their own people is unamerican. find yourself another country like cuba.

  • Dancing where?

Your rights end where the rights of others begin. A free society is not just one where citizens are protected from the action of those in government and power but aslo from each other.

Unlike on private venues, public areas that are designated for a specific purpose require you to behave in a way that does not offend or even push up against the rights OTHERS have .

  • great work guys, you should go back for a victory dance! lol

  • “We didn’t think our government ought to tell us we can’t dance.”

    Damn straight.

  • goooooooooooood work you guys keep up the good work and keep sticking it to the man

  • I wonder what the outcome would be if they were not so called white!?

  • You guys ROCK!

  • I HAPPY FOR THAT :)

  • Awesome

  • Sweet! don't pay no damn fines for shit. It's extortion. All the laws, all the MILLIONS of laws we have in the U.S. are just ways to pull money from the populace. It's bs. Glad you guys didn't pay. Rock on!

  • now sue the pig for aggravated assault

  • dance for freedom! fight to BS laws and police state! congrats on your win!!

  • Doesn't it make the police look less violent when you have to agitate them into arresting you for a long period of time and then resist to make it as difficult as possible?

  • Groovy

  • Hell Yeah, Give me more motivation in Athens, GA in fighting this bogus traffic citation a "Rolling Stop" that I didn't go a complete zero mph when I stop at a traffic stop. When I was five second into, I have a clean record and I'm sure of it that when I slowly turn right with my right turn signal I didn't cause any accidents.

  • Awesome!

  • I hope this will get annoying and you stop with stupid shit you guys do. 1 day off work i guess its more then $50 lost . you guys end up been loser.

  • @ngkarpov finacially yes. otherwise, no..

  • @ngkarpov

They took off work so you and I and other citizens didn't have to!

Thanks Jefferson 5! There are some things more important than wage slavery. Like standing up to police that are harassing dancers when they should be making much better use of their time and the taxpayers' money!

  • just call it the building magog built

  • Hope to see Adam on next season's "Dancing with the Stars" with a female partner dressed as a Capital Cop. Or better yet, may all four of them be invited to Ron Paul's Presidential Inauguration Ball.

  • A victory isnt getting beaten and robbed of time off your life by the cops. The hippies had such "victories" and you see just how much further out of control this country has gotten. A victory is when each of those cops and prosecutors who were involved in this are taken to a labor prison to work off their debt to society.

  • What confuses me is that even when you "win" in court, you still pay. This is based on my personal experience in conjunction with anyone else that has relayed any justice experience.

  • @abwolf1 Exactly what Im thinking. I "won" a case that took a year of my life away and over 60 thousand dollars. THEN the attorneys are so deep in it with the system that they convinced me I could not sue the state, but I learned later in life I could've sued anyone I wanted to and I should be sitting rich and fancy right now due to the abuse of the criminals in the "law" system.

  • @HorrorAngel666

We're talking 9 forgeries that involved a million dollars that the DA refused to prosecute criminally and put us in civil court. 4 years later and over a quarter of a million in attorney cost, the people involved voided the documents and the case was dismissed 10 days before trial. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!!! No breaches of fiduciary duty. . nada. . .see you later! FU!!

  • 2 people are cops

  • So are you going to counter sue the cops for unlawful arrest, assault, kidnapping, violation of civil rights and generally wasting your time? You should!

  • what's happening with the show

  • thank you!

  • YAY!!!!!!!

  • This October 19th, we are having a moneybomb to send a message to the mainstream media that we will not let them dictate who we vote for.

Save the date: Black THIS Out Moneybomb- October 19, 2011

    Pledge at: blackTHISout(dot)com

Vote this up so everyone can see it!

  • good job

  • Sometimes small victories are all it takes to keep one motivated in the fight against ever encroaching tyranny.

  • Say Adam? are you planning to sue that cop for throwing you on the floor? I would. Whether or not the cops feel you set them up to provoke an incident they had no right to respond in that fashion. Good job Adam. Some might consider the whole thing trivial, I don’t. I think cops are far too willing to push people around, I resent that. Good Job Adam and friends!

  • @dalecs47 people like you are the first to call 911 when you're in trouble.

  • so now are the cops going to be charged with assault!?

  • you are littering..I only count 4 where is the 5th ??

  • BRING THE SHOW BACK ADAM!!!

  • When government doesn't exist is when it will be safe to dance without fear of going to rape-cages or getting your money stolen from you by statist thugs. The battle may have been won, but the government is still winning the war. If you, the reader, are pro-Liberty, you must teach any and all who will listen. No army can defeat an idea whose time has come. Spread the word.

  • That's so awesome, Adam! Did you guys have the video evidence with you to show the court?

  • A small dance for ADAM a giant dance for mankind! ;)

  • @LarsGAndersson True!! Ron Paul 2012!!

  • What can I say; that's great news. By the way, Adam; you're so HOT!

  • Adam, YOU ARE MADE OF WIN!!!

  • Good to know

  • So basically officers can arrest you and face no kind of repercussions only to have you forced to go to court to get your case dismissed. Something is wrong with that. I say for each arrest that results in dismissed charges an officer must forfeit 1 days as well as all other officers involved in the arrest.

  • FUCK YEAH!

  • YEEEAAAH! :)

  • Troy it will not be in vain! RIP! Nice work guys.

  • YEAAAAA! Im so glad you guys won!

  • Adam 1 - vs - 0 The Man

  • Counter suit for removal of rights? You have only won if you have received compensation for your losses. Defamation of character, intimidation, loss of liberty, aggravated assault, physical harm, false arrest and imprisonment just to name a few of their offenses. Personally, I would return the favor.

  • Adam fought the law...and ADAM won!

  • @RedCrow1973 Adam fought the Man, and Adam won!

  • @RedCrow1973 no!! Adam fought & stood up against unlawful TYRANNY and won..lol

  • I don't know if Troy Davis is innocent, but I shall pray for a fellow human that shall die because this is a fallen and corrupted world, may God bless his soul, have mercy on all his creation and save all sinners, of whom I am chief.

  • Hey Adam, good to see you haven't gotten arrested since your show on RT went off. Way to go! Remember, We Can Dance If We Want To.

  • Good for you guys!

  • We miss you Adam. Where can we get more of you nowadays?

  • I think you should have your own Adam vs the Man show on your channel. Please! :)
