idk why she was crying i think because he said something or hopefully he said something like i love u and she loved it and started to cry but daivd shore said that they would go into a realtionship but not for long and if the next episode they decied not to go into a realotionship then that would be unfair i guess we will have to wait

she has liked him for a long time and she knows what he is capable of and i don't think she wants him to change i think that's why she likes him.
