I used to work at a Burger King lol not that I'm proud of it, or really mind it either, but the broiler is used all day, and every pan is supposed to be thrown away after 30 minutes. When this isn't executed it's the responsibility of the workers or the managers who failed to train. And you are only supposed to microwave sandwiches with cheese on them, to melt the cheese. Bacteria should all be killed by flame-broiling it to at least 155 degrees. That cashier doesn't know what he's talking about

Fast food places have been sued nearly into oblivion over disease issues. America got what it demanded in that respect. Second, sniping at the people working at your local Wendy's isn't incredibly useful. All you're doing is making someone whose day is already kinda crappy just a little bit less tolerable. Wendy's has a website. Email corporate and tell them what you think.
