I think it's funny that Sindel (based upon the grey hair, her being Kitana's mother, etc.) was meant to be an older character in Mortal Kombat, yet she was played by the youngest actress. The actress was only 19 at the time she played Sindel.

@PDZ10 In 3D hair animation is incredible hard.. that's why almost all the game have female with short hair, or worst, have females with long STATIC hair. So, it's imposible for the animators do what they did in 2D with the new 3D graphics. Maybe in the next years...

not quite...sindel was good then shao kahn came killed jerrod, sindel killed herself, sindel resurrected as evil on earth b/c of shao kahn, kitana convinces sindel of her true past and she becomes good (end of mk3), kitana is killed/resurrected/possesed by onaga (mkda-mkd), jade frees sindel from onaga's prison in edenia and sindel returns as a character to save kitana (mkd)
