@iankerplunk No, i haven't come across any boxers but check with Animal Services at 684-2156 (if you haven't already). And maybe try calling the Humane Society on Rosslyn rd too at 475-8803. I was also going to suggest you try the "Thunder Bay LOST PETS or FOUND PETS" group on Facebook but just noticed you already posted him there. Hope you find him!!!
Road salt, is that the problem I wonder. Roscoe has had irritated pads for the past week or so .. been really itchy and fidgeting with his paws constantly. I hadn't even considered the road salt!
@ciniful I find it does just that, gets in between the pads and causes dryness and irritation and they are constantly licking their feet afterwords. I wash their feet when I get home from a leash walk but it doesn't seem to help so now I just avoid the salty roads/sidewalks altogether.
Wondering if you have come across our boxer Tyson who went missing Christmas Day from the James Street Bridge area near Bannons Gas Bar.
