  • Maybe you could mount the cut out acrylic on a drill or motor and make an improvised lathe, to make it more circular and cut the groove?

  • @ErnstHot Good idea. Not as simple as doing it by hand and not always necessary but it would make it more circular when a precision pulley is needed.
