If you do this in the same spot in the inverted castle it'll take you outside the castle entrance. And if you continue right from the other side of the gate to the next screen you'll go off the map into a disjointed room.
this was finished, in japan but america didn't want it there for some reasson. Its an actual level as same goes for the level known as "The Lost Prison" Which was in the marble gallery.
When you have them all equip them, the heart refreshes in both hands. Now, as you can see in the video, go stand before a door(Or screen changer, whatever you wanna call it) Jump to it and when you're almost switching screens, use a heart refresh and press the other button where the heart refresh is equipped. Keep doing this until you are in the floor and you can move under the ground!
You can do this anywhere, but sometimes you can't escape. Also, you may need to practice a bit
@HellfireTyrant Those are Heart refreshes. You need two and a duplicator.
If you don't have any heart refreshes: You can get them from the archers (Those guys in huge machines who hang to the stairs in the inverted chapel) You can buy the duplicator for 500.000 in the shop, but only on your second playthrough.
