House has a very deep, thumping, punchy bass and it's generally more lyrical. It's the sounds you hear at most clubs. Ummmm, you heard of Ministry of Sound? Well their Annual Ibizas and such are generally house.

Oh, and if you listen carefully, there are sirens and metal clambing sounds in Ballanation. But nonetheless, Ballanation is definitely techno or hard-house.
