The old figures as so much better made. If you want to find them cheap. Visit the Mountfitchet Toy Museum" they have a bucket of Lukes and other figures. And I own the original AT-AT walker with battery operated cannons and I wasn't alive when it first came out only cost £30. It's in South England so sorry Americans and Europeans you'll have to travel to get in on this bargan. They've got a full display of all the retro toys having a war with X wings flying by, and Ewoks taking down AT-ST's.

I'm the kid from the original TV commercial and I can assure you all that I came through the Ewok attack unscathed - although a little shaken. Also did the Speed Biker TV ad on the same day and can exclusively reveal that they had built a revolving set that had only the legs of the tables and chairs stuck to it and a small boy (not me) suspended above it doing the moves as the floor spun round. Pretty cool sh** when you're 10. They also let me bring home a few figures - but not the AT-ST.
