The DREAM Act misses the entire point of being an ILLEGAL ALIEN. Illegal does not mean "if you can avoid being deported for five or more years", it means YOU'RE NOT ENTITLED TO BE HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I would like to introduce my own DREAM ACT.
