This is outstanding! my favorite part is definitely from 0:38, it's one of my favorite parts to this track. i wish that it had been extended, or maybe even made more dominant in the track for the tracks for the game.

I think it's quite different to actually create a Music Piece as to refine it. BlueNct refined this Soundtrack to a higher Level. He could do that because he had the Original as Base for Rythm and Notes. Sumthing like that.

Good job. I like the fact you incorporated elements that you should associate with Twilight Town. Like pointed out, you put a bell in the arrangement that stands symbol to the bell tower of Twilight Town.

But also the technological/robotic sound at 0:38 shows you know what you're doing, as it represents what Twilight Town really is.
