I wish I could have one of those, it would fit right into my collection of blue steel walnut stocked Remington 700's and 7600's, but no, they are prohibited here, so enjoy it for me. Just something about that shiny timber and blue steel that stainless and plastic just can't do.

Beautiful shotgun! I have a blued 870 Riot but it has a bunch of little nicks and scratches. Blued guns are too nice to shoot.

I bought a couple of these as LE trade ins last year for a couple hundred bucks a piece. One for my room mate and one for me. We both still say that if it came down to only owning one gun, the police magnum 870s would have to be the gun. Versitile, classic, cool, and reliable. Yours however belongs in a glass case. That thing is beautiful!

Maybe a parkerized finish is more appropriate for a working gun, but that sure is pretty. Is the polishing job on the barrel as nice in real life as it looks in the video? ;^) A little more seriously, is the mag tube extension polished or matte?

The walnut is really nice, too. Enjoy it!

On a working gun like the 870 Police I would rather have a parkerized or bead blast finish, polished bluing like that is just too dang pretty.

very nice version. I like my synthetic stock and pump handle for durability. the synthetic stock also has quick load shell holders on each side. just personal preference really but nice stuff there.
