I wonder if I have the same problem or not.. I hear click-like sound during whole flight and from time to time I can notice the one(or more) motor stops/pulls for a very short while. But, my quad doesn't flip over, only turns i one direction a few degrees (Roll Axis). Thats why I wonder if it's a hardvare or software problem ?
Had on near crash, and now a flip and crash due to this. Did figure out the cause to late to fix it before my crash. Belived a strap from my GoPro caused the near crash, but now I belive the bullets are the cause. Will solder the conectors permanent when I get some spare parts to fix my quad.
At least after soldering these up solid the clicks disappeared on my ArduCopter.
