  • @Laucys frank uses a false grip if you watch any of his other trainig videos he uses a false grip on almost everything even pull ups n deadlifts i think its just the grip he prefers but on things like the bench press it helps put more emphasis on the triceps n take some pressure off the shoulders but its not something for beginners to use cause if you dont know how to use the grip correctly its easy for the bar to roll out your hands

  • @davidpenwell1987 I think you've got the wrong idea about what suicide grip is. "Suicide grip" is about the placement of your thumbs during pressing movements.  It has nothing to do with how close/wide your grip is.

  • Incline bench is considered harder so yes do them first. Also incline bench works the upper pecs which pushes the chest further out and makes it look more impressive
