@MikeCANN I think that MCPs (Medical CANNABIS Patients) were instrumental in keeping potentially bad statutes from removing rights Taken Back with 215.

There are some questions as to the changes made to the Jack Herer Initiative, renamed as the CCHHI, which we need to discuss ASAP, as it has already been submitted, and may have it's ballot name issued by this point.

Stop arguing about Prop 19...we've got to prepare for the future!

@MikeCANN Allen has, over the years, done so much good for MMJ, I'm the first to admit that, and I respect all the hard work he's put into it.. That doesn't change the content of his email, which I assume you didn't see, because in it, he absolutely blames  "med-pot" folk for 19's defeat. Regardless, I'm sure this leak is going to cause MMJ patients and supporters to rethink where their charitable donations go from here on out. Can you spell MPP or ASA?

@DgurlSunshine They didn't deny the merits of medical marijuana. Allen said medical laws protect patients not distributors and dispensaries. He was simply explaining the law and the federal response.

@DgurlSunshine I think that, even better than voicing our displeasure at those who have done the same thing--FAIL--for 40 years, AND ARE PROUD OF THAT FACT, what we should do instead, is to stop trying to work within a deliberately broken system which was NEVER designed to be fixed, and listen to what Jack told us:

If we want our freedoms back, we need to REPEAL the prohibitionary statutes that have taken our rights from us.

Repeal prohibition for ALL and medical is covered too!
