I've always wondered how they get that effect in commercials and shows... right now i'm looking for something that should be much easier. Take a comic character. it's drawn on paper. To say something, the drawer makes a round caption pointing at the mouth and spells the statement. do you know any tutorials how to add comic caption like that to videos im editing?
Strong Work Dog! (I mean Victor) Really - very handy and very timely. Glad you're in my G+ feed. Gonna pop over to your website and check you out pronto! - Neil
@StephanieRose77 Hi Stephanie... I was asking if anyone ELSE knew, I realize you don't which is why you asked the initial question. Color Captions as part of the video, done in the editor... got it. The question here is if it is possible to change the YouTube Captions' color... I don't think so, but maybe someone else knows. (Closed Captions are at times called Subtitles or CC or Captions, we are speaking of the ones about which this video is based.)
@StephanieRose77 No, I don't think I have ever seen the CC be a color other than the defaults shown. Has anyone else seen any different colors on YouTube Captions?
The step by step related video on How To make YouTube Subtitles or YouTube Captions work for your videos is almost ready... When it is I'll add a link to the above video to jump you to that new one as I will most likely post it on a different channel. Enjoy!

@Msjessibear100 Not sure... sounds like the CC were not loaded properly or there is an issue with the CC text.
