  • I've recently taken up an obsession with piano, and while I don't have access to one, I do incessantly visualize myself playing. Its like practicing mentally. Maybe one day when I finally get access to one ill be better than I think =)

  • Watch what you eat also, ask for all your brain chemistry tanks if you will, be filled up, repaired, or tuned.. Guide your mind to rid itself of toxins, guide yourself to eat better so the mind fires properly also, SODA, and DORRITOS etc, only take your IQ down, Boxed foods with preservs do the same, eat right, eat earth, pray, meditate. When you do all this, the mind will create even faster, I lost 50 lbs this way when I was basically Stuck in bed the whole time. You must trust and beleive also

  • If you imagine that your exercizing, can you lose fat? Seems like a bit of a stretch to me, but I was surprised by the muscle thing.

  • We r only learning more about the mind. The mind is like a computer, and can create simulations. Like practicing basket ball hoops has been proven to be as good as practice. But do remember, it is repetition which creates the neural pathways and widens them with each repeat pass. You can't cheat it. The NEURONS must flow in order to achieve the result. It is like writing a program, just that the imagination is the user interface.

    Practice makes perfect, so "Practice" what u want, not dont want.

  • As far as losing weight, the reliving of anything you have done, or can imagine is possible, and the mind will think it is real. The body has many "mind settings" like software in your PC. Part of this is the self image and your ideal weight & shape which u see yourself as "normal 4u". Each has their own.

    Also we can be under illusion like anorexic thing they r fat.

    You can use your mind to motivate your desire to exercise more often and love it.

    You can develop self confidence & other skills.

  • Using emotions you can set goals with the feeling of the successful completion in your imagination. This will build something the subconscious will then start to join dots to make a reality. Do this daily and you will start to build desire which will build ideas and see opportunities to make those goals a reality. Be careful what you wish for, for you might get it. Be wise and don't waste efforts of frivolous things. Priorities of good living, are the key to true happiness. Set worthwhile goals.

  • @Feldmm1 check The Gabriel method - Jon Gabriel helps others to lose weight with vizualization. He himself lost over 100kg. I read his book, an amazing story.
