simple way to get money: during halloween go to the city and buy witch hat and shirt, this will allow you to go into lit houses and get candy, get as much candy as you can and give it to jack, (he's the guy with the pumpkin head that doesn't chase you) and give it to him for spooky furniture, conetinue to get candy and furniture this way for lots of cash, full pockets = 150 000 bells...just wash, repeat and rinse...
