  • there is the dvd of dorian grey's matthew bourne? I'd like to watch the ballet....

  • guy who plays Dorian here (i forget his name)..this years Swan....AMAZINGGG especially as the black swan!!! SO HOT!!!! Matthew Borne is a Genius!!!

  • @babyfairy89 it's richard windsor :) i saw him in swan lake this year, just seen cinderella, and really want to see this and edward scissorhands! x

  • its excellent.

  • infantile choreography, cheesy overacting, cliched narratives, preening dancers, pseudo-profound images . . . no wonder everyone loves it!

  • This was sooooo good.

  • It was amazing!

The whole thing was like watching a movie, their acting was amazing, all the emotions expressed so well with the choreography. It's like watching a hidden script haha!

  • I hope this is toured again soon! looks amazing! Matthew Bourne is a Legend!

  • I saw this last year. I took a friend to see it at the Birmingham Hippodrome last November as a birthday present for her. We loved it! Really was one of the best nights of theatre I've had the pleasure of going to.

  • super!

  • I'd love to see that!

  • GREAT

  • Glitter and be gay.

  • I dont know what this is but it looks gay to me lol. I was just searching for the trailer for the new film and somehow came across this.

  • @105km ha shallow! and get your facts right dorian grey is an old book and besides the ballet came out before the film!

  • @105km it's not gay, it's Dorian Gray best side fighting with his worst, I suppose.

And if it was gay, there is no reason laughing at it, isn't it.

By the way, there is a book that is way older than the movie, written at the end of the 19th century. That was a hint ;-)

Love Richard Winsor, what a passionate dancer!

  • @AgeOfGoldenSilence

Well, I suppose theres nothing wrong with liking this kind of thing. Its just not for me. And at first glance it looked kinda gay. But then again - what do I know? Didnt mean to insult anyone

  • it was just incredible, got matthew bournes signature met him a few times

  • I saw swan lake last week and the main guy from this played the the main swan... He was truly breath taking, as was the whole production! Would love to see the rest of his work ^__^

  • does anybody have this soundtrack? i cant find it anywere even on itunes

  • I want to see this! does any one have it? I will buy it!

  • @trewingo01

The show is in tour right now; it will be available just on stage for a while, but (like other plays of New Adventures Company = The nutcacker, The car man, Swan Lake, etc.) it will be available on DVD later.

  • one of the strangest ballets i have ever seen... and the best

  • so incredibly dynamic and sexy. i saw this show the week it opened and i was absolutely blown away, what a gorgeous production. i'm a huge fan of matthew bourne and this is possibly my favourite piece of his work - falling just behind The Car Man.

  • saw this at sadler's wells when it opened, go see it....now :-D amazing

  • I'm seeing this show on Friday, I can't wait! :D

  • fantastico...bourne è un genio

  • ii watched this n it is reliii amaziin !!! im learniin sum of it for my gcse n itz relii hard lol xxx

  • saw it last year and again this year at Sadler's Wells with a slightly different cast. the cast on this video is actually the original one which was the best. Apparently it's been filmed for a DVD but with the new cast (the guy playing Dorian Gray is the same, not to worry ;) ) but sadly the long haired guy who plays the photographer has been replaced by a dancer who's not as good...

  • i cannot believe i missed this!

is it gonna be on again next year in sadlers?

  • I saw this opening night in London last year...it blew me away, best piece of modern dance I have witnessed....breathtaking, energetic, dramatic and almost believable...a different side of Bourne.

  • I saw this at Saddlers Wells. It was amazing. The story was so well done and even though they changed some of it, it really did have a feel of Oscar Wildes book.

  • i saw it and loved it.

  • I saw it with Jason Piper as Photographer and oh my gosh he's sooo hot!!!

  • I saw it just yesterday in Sadler's Wells, London, and... wow, guys... you must see it! iot's brilliant, marvellous.. it got me speechless. I suggest everybody to go and see it if they can. Obviously ged rid of your prejudices, if you have any. Some people still gheve them.

  • just saw this this afternoon - STUNNING.

  • pah? how can you say that?

  • I saw this the other day, but there was a different guy playing the photographer and he was just the best.

  • jason? i know him! he is so cool right!

  • I'm seeing this in July; a post-A levels treat/ christmas present and I am SO excited!!

  • I might see this show this summer. Is it worth watching?

  • I cannot wait to see it!!!!!!!!

  • I saw this in Edinburgh and it was really good!!!!!
