Don't hate on the cards. It was a fine battle system, people need to grow out of their "it's not KH if they change the way it plays". Almost every game has had a different combat style, is it not obvious this is a trend?

This ofight is so easy on the PS2...but on the GBA...it takes SO MANY fucking tries man. All the boss fights were harder on GBA (In my opinion)

In KH CoM for GBA this fight was very much harder.

for the most part this kh RE is easier especially against begining bosses and riku because its a much bigger battle ground. take riku for instance. dark aura is impossible to dodge on chain of memories gba so u have to break it. now for marluxia i think that the gba version was easier because he had way less slates and they were all easy to dodge and way slower. pretty much every other boss is easier from my point of view

I have the game now, and it is easier than the gameboy version, the gameboy version has a smaller battle ground which is harder for dodging attacks...

...i was thinking of buying this game, but... maybe i'll just stick with KH1 and KH2... this one seems alot harder, all the card-related battling is confusing as hell from how it looks...

not to mention, having cards flying all over the damn place would distract me quite a bit...

Don't worry, it's not too hard. It may seem confusing at first glance, but it's not a hard concept to grasp. The higher the card number, the stronger it is. If you or your enemy use a card and then one of you use a card that is a higher number, the one with the lower number's card will break and you will hit them. When you learn new abilites, you can add 3 cards together that add up to the number of the ability and you will use it. But at least give it a chance. Rent, and maybe you'll like it.

you have to buy cars in stronger packs, lolz savce up your MP, i have like only 30 cards in my deck at lvl 32 and the lowest is like a 7 and 10 of them are 9's

in which way does the difficulty level affect the game? do the enemies deal more damage, have better cards or just play smarter?

well technically on easy the enemies are weaker but the boss parts seem to be still hard x.x. but i found out on the 4th riku battle. on easy he has less health. he has 4 health bars instead of 7
