I'm with bigdonkey and jkenny - I have no "Install Theme" option. What do you do then?

i got the same prob as big donkey. either the website's completely changed in the last 2 months or I'm using a different wordpress. seems impossible to use any themes other than the ones offered in the wordpress menu

for some reason my wordpress doesn't give me the option of the install tab. there is only a summary of the theme i am currently using and then a search engine for wordpress internal themes, no downloads. i don't know what to do...
