I havn't been able to find this exercise on youtube, what is it called when you rotate the free weight as you lift starting in hammer curl position and ending in bicep curl position?
@TheIdontknow5 It's just how some people choose to do the dumbell bicep curl. You can start it with either an inward facing grip of a straightforward forward facing grip but I'm pretty sure it's got the same name.

It's healthier and safer to exhale on the concentric part of the movement.

it is preference true on when you breath but some people like myself an inhale during the "hard" part makes some people cramp
