Thanks for the comment! We have gotten better at video-making over the past year and will soon come out with an entire cooking school on DVD. Less of the chef's face, more of the important stuff! :0) Stay tuned!!
This is a very good video, but I would say that the camera person should be more focused on the tasks that the chef is doing rather than always focusing on her face. At the least, always have the turkey and chef in the shot at all times. Just a suggestion. I like the chef, by the way. She's very informative :)
