@gloomybear96 It is imperative that LAUSD gets better, not stay the same year, after year, after year... Learn to go with the times, change your music line up (playing Spanish a.k.a Malaguena and California Dreamin over and over), uniforms need changing, and go from a high step to a roll step to show cleanliness. This is my gripe and thats why I am angry.

What you failed to realize is that your band is run by people who do not care what you sound like or what you look like! If they really cared, they would, have more practices for you, better uniforms, and staff who actually do care. If All City had auditions, 75% of the band would be gone. What you hear in the video is about 25% of the band. I blame LAUSD more than I do blaming you for making L.A look BAD!!! You can do better than this...

I think people fail to realize this is band composed of about 40 high schools

of course there are going to some flaws with rehersals only once a week for 3 months

i honestly think they did pretty well for the amount of time they had. Go all city !

To Superabak (user name) First of all were no like all the other bands in the Rose Parade were a district band meaning that were a hole dunch of high schools inside Los Angeles put into no band and we only 3 months to make this band happen. So now you know why most of us were off step....plus were the fastest finishing band in the Rose Parade all of our music is played @ a high tempo.

Now you know why.....

I really thought LA unified looked great when they came into Victory park. There sound was so awesome to be in front of waiting for in n out. I really enjoyed LA unified you guys sounded amazing. My band McQueen was half your size. It was cool to see a band that size though.

Go to a New Year's Party, then head over to campus to get on the bus to the parade at 2AM for a 3AM call time. 3. March 9 miles down Colorado BLVD. while playing the fight song. 4. March all the way to the Rose Bowl. 5. Play pre-game. 6. Play the fight song every down. 7. Perform the 1/2-time show. 8. Play in an after-game show. 9. March to the buses and play it just once more. THEN YOU MAY BITCH.
