Yeah I agree that each person in the relationship should get tested. But before any sexual activity both should couples should be married and before they get married they must spend a lot of time knowing each other as well as making sure that person is really saved.
What we need to know is that this commercial is implying that being HIV positive and having unprotected sex with your partner is just like having unprotected sex with them and then shooting them in the head. Your killing them.

Enh, promoting male condom use and keeping women safe from AIDS by showing violence against them. MTV is gloriously stupid sometimes, maybe just stupid enough for this to work. But I really think dudes will take this the wrong way and continue to think it's cool to hurt women.
