the guy in the boat could have been lost. it is very near routes 215 and 15. so the sign is in an area that can accommodate wide turns. I am sure he was no a show off.

what a cock, why the fuck has he got a fooking great big speed boat in the jewel of the nevada desert? nice truck though. By the way, those "cult signs" are houses of cards, I:E spades, diamonds ect ect it might have something to do with jas vegas being the gambling capital of the world!?! but thats just a guess...
