law abiding citizens were helpless against criminals! The police didn't get there in time to provide defense of innocent families. Virginia tech could have been stopped if a good person had a gun to protect the students. This shooting could have been prevented by a good person with a concealed gun permit. Do not forget the "innocents betrayed" documentary on youtube.

Jonathan Tasini is one of the handful of political straight shooters left out there. This brief video does an excellent job explaining the justifyable (+ largely non-partisan) voter anger that led to Scott Brown's election in Massachusetts and the portends for Obama and the Democrats if they do soon rediscover their Rooseveltian roots.
