  • Hy guys...a little help please...is this TAN GLOBE TURNOUT GEAR?

  • they all look like a bunch of Junior Firefighters lol

  • dont you have auto eject cords?

  • how come the one guy doesnt have a helmet crest. its mandatory for all the guys at my station to have one

  • I don't sit their and wait to hear what the call is when my duty tone goes off i'm on my way. I hear it as i'm getting dressed.

  • im a volunteer and i can get full gear ( without SCBA ) on in 40 seconds

  • fire fighter for life ( im a firefighter officer )

    in kuwait

  • are town we dont sleep or eat at station we drive to it

  • Signed up but I don't think I would've been able to because all I know is to put a fire out with water. But yeah.

  • from 1:26 to 1:30 does he know that when he starts the truck that the wire and hose should automatically pop out

  • @quinnman95 Not all trucks are set up to have the air hose and shore line auto eject.

  • @braidengodfrey1 ur completely wrong I got my associates degree in the technical art of fire science at a community college and am now taking courses at a fire academy

  • I agree 100% medic.

  • Sorry to say, but this video is pathetic, and does not represent the work of a real Firefighter. These are just kids wanna be.

  • @medic165 - kid wanna be's also known as junior firefighters ass wipe!! if you dont like the video dont watch it!! its that simple

  • I'm sorry, but this is an embarrassment to the fire service. This looks very unprofessional. I mean you have " joe cool" throwing up stupid hand signs and he has his helmet tilted way back, not even on right.

  • Good work, guys.

  • @ All you dickheads. I'm a vol, an to be honest, we get more respect than paid ff because we're the ones that really want to. We don't rush into something with no training. We get the same training you guys do.

  • BEHOLD: the buffs of the fire service, unnecesary honking their in the middle of nowhere going full lights and sirens. Getting on the truck befor it even pulled out of the bay doors....all probie members aswell

thumbs up this comment if u agree.

  • @Doituwont Um...It would suck if a car came out of nowhere with your sirens/lights off. You get in the truck before it leaves the station so you don't chase after it. Thumbs down because you asked for it.

  • i like the style of the cab looks nice

  • heres the deal you can be a car sales men and be a volunteer you can be a cashier at wal-mart and volunteer you can be a realtor and volunteer BUT YOU CAN'T BE A REAL FIREFIGHTER UNLESS YOU GO THROUGH A REAL FIRE ACADEMY. Mon-Fri 07:00-17:00 maintain 80% G.P.A WORKOUT!!! EVERY MORNING FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS then have the energy to make it through the rest of the day for 24 weeks you accomplish that then i will respect you. until then you are what your real job title is not a Fire Fighter.
  • @mctrejo5 Tell that to all the brothers my District has lost due to fires. All volunteer, all fire related. It's DOES NOT MATTER IF ITS A VOLUNTEER OR PAID. We both face the flames, we both save lifes, we both do training, and we both risk our lives. Volunteer's don't ask for much, so I respect them because their in it for their community, $8 a call isn't alot, but it's what we do. The sooner you stop being prejudice about it the sooner we all can get along.

  • Haha so slow to get there gear on

  • a firefighter is a firefighter no matter if he gets paid for it or not.where i live there are 11 fire departments in the county and only one is a paid city department the rest are 100% volunteer.and when the paid guys gets a 2nd or 3rd alarm beleive me they dont hesitate a bit to call us in.we volunteers do it for our community and most of the paid guys are volunteers at their local fire dept.it dont mattter what the deal is when ur standind side by side in a burning building

  • Sure you're having jeans under your uniform..? Not here in Finland at least..

  • @valmiustila Here, it doesn't matter. If you're volunteer, and you're in a Tux, guess what? You're going in dress pants.

  • is this real time? 1:55 is that how long it takes to get geared up and out of the station?

  • This arguing about Paid vs Vol. is some stupid crap. Hell who cares if you get paid or not. It's the same damn training all around. I run with pay per call station and we get alot of respect for the paid departments around us. I will say this... I have more respect for volunteers than paid guys...

  • How GAY!

  • Comment removed

  • learn how to get the engine out a little bit faster and bring more than one engine for that im 16 vff for bfvd in henry county virginia in bassett and we have alot worse fires

  • why be a volunteer?? go to an academy to become a part or full time firefighter.

  • @gunner18ful

Because ~70% of all fire departments are comprised of volunteers. The drive to pursue the fire service is the work, not the monetary gain. Being a paid firefighter is a bonus of the job. Going through an academy doesn't mean you're going to get onto a paid part time/full time position, it just means you're going to earn the certification as a Basic operations firefighter, which is valued at any department. Great video though. Is there a designated leader among that group?

  • @IXIArblargIXI Yeah i know, its just were im from theirs very few volunteer departments, i think theirs 1 out of like 20 departments here. Anyway I do agree! this is a good video! My brother was a volunteer before he became a part time firefighter. So i respect volunteers along with all firefighters. :)

  • @gunner18ful I want to be a nurse full time silly

  • @gunner18ful

What you dont get is to be a volunteer you must go to the Academy anyway...

  • @braidengodfrey1 Not really, I think the minimum training hours to be a volly in Ohio is 36 hours. But im not to sure though, i may be wrong.

  • @braidengodfrey1 depends on your department. some of the volunteer only departments in my area r full of firefighters without any fire certs. never went to any academy. just the plain ole learn on the go firefighters

  • @BU1B22

true true it also depends on were you live also...

In Canada to become a Volunteer you still have to be at the academy for 13 weeks

  • Volunteer at age 15!! Love every minute of it!

  • Junior Fire Fighter at 17 im im gonna become a volunteer proby!

  • All volunteer here, Carrollton VFD for life!

  • i am a 100% volunteer 4 life!!!

  • ok no disrespect but lol he forgot the rig walk around and someone would have lost a coat thats on the back of the ladder

  • @dekreyracing thats not a coat bro thats a ladder cap

  • @sandwinaGB hahahahaha, i guess some people just dnt know dpo they? hahaha a coat!

  • took you guys a while to get off your butts when the page went out

  • Thats cool Calebs brother goes to my school so I guess there was no point in asking if this was in Ohio

  • salute to ya from Deidre Crouch of the Riverton VFD, brothers!i've known both great paid and volunteer FFs and the best of us'll pass our knowledge onto others no matter what their rank. cheers to ya that ya may stay safe and snuff many a bastard blazin inferno. amen.

  • @NFDfireman1983 Not true. We just fought a 2000 acre forest fire here in missouri. Google it. All of us were volunteers and we fought that fire for 26 hours straight. Merely having a "pulse" would not cut it. If you are a real fireman I hope you never come to my house to save me. Nuff said.

  • 1:42.....gotta put the truck in drive first lol.....

  • @theone2225 i realized that, the back up alarm was on..hmm, wonder who left it in reverse in the first place haha

  • Whats the name of the song?

  • haha nice

  • @namesedward you sir are obviously a fucking retard

  • Thank you to everyone standing up for all volunteers! I'm a volunteer firefighter and I would trust the other members with my life. Paid or not, we're all firefighters.

  • I agree with FF4X4, we have one new rig that was from 04 that looks like the custom cab one you guys have, but we couldn't get the custom cab haha. I swear it was like watching a reverse clown car with all you guys in there. We can fit 5 guys in full gear in our rig but it ain't comfy, we pretty much can't buckle up the three in back with that many. Looks like you guys got some good stuff and good training.

  • You guys sure have some nice rigs. I wish we had the resources to get at least one pumper like you guys have. Must be nice. Nonethe less, nice equipment guys.

  • im waiting for my application to be accepted by lafayette which is like 10 mins from chatham

  • is this Chatham in ohio?

  • @metallicafan3113 yessir.

  • awesome vid!!!

  • an7yone who bickers about who is and who isnt a reall firefighter isn't one themselves.....volunteers....STFU you making all the other vols looks like shit hence the ratgging we get by the career guys.....career guys STFU the only difference between a real volunteer firefighter and a real paid firefighter is nothing.....fire doesn't care about who is what.....it kills both paid and volunteer.....it kills because it doesn't care.....

  • @jrsyff86 Couldn't have said it better myself. Fire is a living breathing entity and it just wants one thing...to kill anyone that gets in its way. Paid or not. SEVENTY PERCENT of firefighters in the US are voluteers. Nuff said.

  • ur appuratus what goes directly aft of cab there looks like a big ass space for something

    sellersburg volunteer fd

  • Thats not a truck either... Thats an ENGINE

  • @javol86 Who really gives a shit? It's all the same to the public.

  • Stare at the speaker long enough????? Get your ass's up when the quicker beeps come in, and run like men. Your Firefighters.... Not pansies... And btw.. You ALL need alot of training getting dressed.. Wayy to slow.. If yall were on our dept, yall wouldnt be on any rigs unless you had your get together squared away... Come on guys,. dont make Vol. depts look bad!

  • Comment removed

  • BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH! BHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH! BHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

  • great vid, nice to see a few more proud to be apart of this brotherhood we're in, keep up the good work and be safe

  • Darn thats a big cafs truck! lol ours is mabye a 1/4 that size lol

  • i really dont care about vol or full time either way your putting your life on the line to save lifes

  • @Firefighter72BG correct, last I checked it doesnt matter if you're career or volly, the dangers are the same, its not like fire is fake if you're a volly

  • Quit hating on each other you stupid shits! Volly and payed alike do it for the fufillment of helping others! Im paid and dont do it for a paycheck at all. I was volunteer once too,and didnt do it to not be paid either haha!! I did it because iI enjoyed it!!! and felt I wanted to do it as a living. Give each other some encouragment and help the people you are helping. DAMN!

  • @firefighter326 Yep. 70 percent of firefighters in the US are volunteer. So we outnumber them big time. I bet if one of their families were trapped in a fire they would be grateful no matter WHO saved them. Volunteers are better in my opinion because we do it without compensation. We just finished fighting a 2000 acre forest fire here in Missouri. Fought it for 26 hours straight. No pay, just alot of thanks from the home owners of the houses we saved. 3 lost...over two hundred saved.

  • Nice way to show how your department works

  • Why don't you all shut the fuck up? You all sound like a bunch of explorers bragging about the so called "shit" you've seen. Sure sure. We all know every firefighter has been out at 3AM at an MVA, setting up the Hurst in the middle of a raging blizzard. We all know that every firefighter has been to a fire, whether at a highrise or at a grain elevator. You're all either in fire or EMS. So shut the fuck up and watch the video. If you don't like it, make your own. And no, I'm not a firefighter.

  • @engine173351 AMEN!!!!!!

  • Chatham, New York?

  • I dont know how other Vollunteer FD operate or what their membership is like but we have 30 members ALL are at MINIMUM emt-b's with 120hr fire academy training. However, we have 15+ members with FF lvl II certifications which is 270hrs in intense Fire Academy training, and 10 Paramedics, thats 1/3 of the Department with medic cards. Trucks are to be chencked and serviced throughout the week. and alot of our guys take time to get together and hang around the station, general response time= 7min

  • All of the SD paid firefighters ive been on calls with are awesome to us volunteers. It's too bad that some paid guys get too proud and forget where they came from, I hate seeing that. Cool video, looks like a badass department.

  • Why are volunteer firefighters at the fire department? Do they have to be there for a certain time per week or something? I dont understand how it works.

    greetings from germany

  • @AggroLandersum well it really depends if their having a meeting then all firefighters go to the fire house and all firefighters have a key to the station so if they need to get in they can and i don't know if you have herd of a pager but that's how all ff hear the call and that was a demo call any way and by the way they do not have to be their a certain time a week except for meeting days

  • @AggroLandersum well, at my Volunteer fire department. We don't have people there all the time. We actually don't have shifts at all. We obviously have Chief and officers and all that. But basically, it'll just be a normal day. Everyone's at work or just hanging around (rarely anyone is at the firehouse) then their fire pagers go off, and whoever can make it to the fire department, goes. So your answer is no, we don't have to be there for a certain time, just there when a call goes out.

  • @guitar4meandu okay thank you for your answer. So it is the same volunteer system like the german one. I was a bit confused, because the Firefighters were hanging around in the Firehouse. Here in Germany we have some volunteer departments with some "full-time" firefighters, when the population of a city reaches near the 100 000 people. Do you have a similar system in the US?

  • @AggroLandersum I can't quite tell you that. Where I live there is less than 5,000 people. But my fire chief is very dedicated to the Fire department and not even 5 minutes after the call he is either on scene, almost there, or waiting for the driver. If you have any more questions please ask. I would love to answer them if I can.

  • @guitar4meandu thank you for offering me to ask you some questions. I am eagerly interested in the fire fighting system of the US. I wonder if you respond to car accidents or something similar. I am under the impression, that your engines can only fight fire. Do you have special Vehicles for technical problems? In germany the main engine (called HLF) can be used for fighting fire or solving technical problems, like car accidents or an overthrown tree or an drown basement.

  • @AggroLandersum haha, yes, we do respond to car accidents and such. This is how it works from my department. Since our town is so small and the town next to us is small, we respond with another fire dept. So say a car crash happens. Dispatch calls both fire departments "MVA blah blah blah". We then dispatch our Pumper, our rescue truck, and an Ambulance. As the other fire department usually dispatches the same thing depending on how bad and the location. So, yes. We respond to anything dangerous

  • @AggroLandersum This was just for the video. Most of the time we are at our houses when we get "toned out." We either use the lights on our vehicles or meet at the station. Just depends on the location of the fire and where we are at the time. The ideal thing is to meet at the station and all ride the engines. If not...someone will get the engine and meet us at the fire. Thats how we do it in Theodosia Missouri!!

  • Ok 1) I dont know of a state in this great nation that allows a vol. to have the same "education" as a commisioned FF. In texas you cant even get your commision unless you also obtain your emt-b cert. 2) Are vollies at the station everyday checking off every peice of equipment on the truck....doubtful! 3) I could care less whether your paid or a vollie until you start comparing our education! That IS what seperates us...doesnt make anyone a better ff but is a distinct seperator.

  • @chance060185 Ok i am a Paid on Call FF and i also have College Degree from an accredited college in Fire Fighting and have the same education if not more than most Paid departments. And actually a lot of departments have people doing checkoffs at there department at least every other day like mine does. i have been to fires where i would actually trust a Volunteer before a cocky Paid any day

  • @jeep1988

Thats funny because ur full of shit...

You dont go to a random College to get a FF degree ur go to a FIRE ACADEMY and you also made urself look like a pathetic moron who pretends to be one thing when ur probably some desk jockey at 7/11

  • @braidengodfrey1 Actually they have Fire science at most colleges and that can be used on your resume for fire fighting.

  • @braidengodfrey1 haha well before you start saying im full of shit how about you do some research asshole, actually you can go to college and get a degree for it. I went Lake Superior State University where they have a 4 year bachelors degree in Fire Science and is 1 of 4 in the country. Also were IFSTA approved so look it up bro. We also have a Emt and Paramedic course. And there are a dozen of community colleges that do it. And i am actually a volunteer firefighter for a little over a year now

  • @braidengodfrey1 - there are colleges with fire science programs ass clown!!

  • @chance060185 Well where i am from we have separate Paramedic units so we all dont have to have any medical. Some surrounding departments have first responders for when there is not a medic available. We also all take officer classes every year to maintain a status of officer or to apply for being an officer. Just cause were volunteer doesnt mean we cant train and learn as a paid department and the state recognizes it.

  • okay paid firefighters this ones for you, your house catches fire you cant get your little girl out a piece of buring wall fell infront of her door you call the fire dept chances are volunteers will respond also when they could be at home playing with their own daughters but no they volunteer their time to save people so either way a firefighter is a firefighter show some brothhood guys

  • You "fire fighters" are rediculous arguing about your status and who gets paid and who volunteers. Were all respected, and we all have our communities backs. thats whats important. You gotta start somewhere.

  • volunteers make up 70-80% of the US fire stations

  • holy hell all this fighting im a vol whats the diffrence nothing!!!! paid or vol u guys get paid we dont. we go to call in the middle of the night then have to go to our regular job. we get the same training here in pa just to get certified its 180 hrs of class on out own time not geting paid for it!!!! some of these companys are runing over 600 calls a year and guess what thats all vol and some have livein programs. my company had 35 working fires this year wtf the big deal my god

  • you shouldnt were your helmets in the truck/engine/tanker/rescue because if you get in an accident your helmet makes your head top heavy and it could break easier

  • @25Yankeesfan i just face palmed at your comment

  • @25Yankeesfan we'll take that risk

  • nothing agains anyone in this video but in my opinion you shouldnt put your id tags on your helmet becasue when you fall whats the first think that falls off. I would strongle change this in your dept.

  • Thanks from video, i get my old memories, when im fighting with fire there in Finland,im going to voluntary firestation year 1972,when i was about 11 years old,we have there in my firestation teenager group and begin training when we are young, i get many memorys from my life, when i watch our video, thanks to from video.

  • I'm a paid and Volunteer firefighter... Most departments don't have paid firefighters, the volunteers are more vital in my opinion, and definitely more dedicated than most paid firefighters i've ever met.

  • This is what actually happens when you take a bunch of teens and make them believe that they actually have what it takes... yeah and there you see!!! Nobody of those guys even have a fucking drivers license!!! Hurray volunteers

  • @tudarocki Listen asshole. We are all firefighters. Paid or not. The only difference is where we live. City or suburb.

  • @tudarocki shut up, just becouse you get paid and we dont dosent mean you are a better fire fighter than us volunteers, we dont put a dollar sign on a persons life

  • @tudarocki fuck off.

  • @tudarocki are you fucking idiot? i am on of the ones in this video.. and shit head.. we graduated high school and at the age of 18 we all joined.. weve been on for 2 years.. and we all have our drivers license. ? what is your malfunction?... you have no idea the shit us guys have been through... i guarantee every single person in this video will be more successful and go farther in life then you ever will. so continue to sit on you tube and look up volunteer firefighter videos

  • @JSalsgiver08 hahh yeah sure.. you know if you clasify me as an old fuck at the age of 19 i feel sorry for you guys.. Well see, so how many of you is ever gona be a real firefighter and not just an volunteer? i am atleast and going to school for it in this moment.. take a look on youtube for your selfs for idiots in amerika.. You know here in finland in the fire fighter school, all the video fotage of disasters and things that have happend to fire fighters / accident videos are all from amerika

  • @tudarocki dude its only a fucking twp they don't have to be a real all they need to be is vol. because that small of a place you don't need to be every one on chatham is a vol. because how small the twp is, this isn't no new york.

  • @tudarocki dude its only a fucking twp they don't have to be a real all they need to be is vol. because that small of a place you don't need to be every one on chatham is a vol. because how small the twp is, this isn't no new york.and you dont even know how to spell america

  • @tudarocki i forgot man, when your a full timer/ paid firefighter...the fire is so much hotter, the accidents are so much worse, and the heart attacks are more serious....get a fucking grip. come to america you dip shit and ill give you a piece of my mind. ive been in the middle of shit that would make you piss your pants.

  • @tudarocki and then rip on "supposedly" teenagers with no drivers license...so take a trip out of your moms basement you ignorant fuck and get off the computer before your computer overloads from too much porn and we have a class C fire.. and you will just be calling these "teens that think they know what it takes" to come help your ass... bitch

  • @JSalsgiver08 YEP!!!! Bet on it. This moron is probably ten years old. I say block him and ignore it.

  • Comment removed

  • @tudarocki I'm sorry for your ignorance. A majority of the world relies on volunteers and you have to start somehwere. Don't act like a hot shot just because you are currently going to school for it. Ignorance is what kills firefighters so be careful out there. Oh and also the reason most videos are from the US is because you haven't looked. The U.S. per capita loses the least amount of firefighters in the world. We all have a common goal so lets stop the fighting. Be safe and Godspeed.

  • @tudarocki You're an uneducated, jealous asshole. I've been a FF/EMT for 23 years, both paid and volly. My husband has been a FF/Medic for 26 years, both paid and volly. I'd take the heart, soul, love, and dedication that volunteers put into their training & job any day! BTW, I've got every damn Cert you can think of, and then some! I have 'some teens' who started as Cadets w/me that I'd trust to have my back on ANY call! Maybe you're not liked & worry you'll be left to fry. Hmmmmm........

  • This is what actually happens when you take a bunch of teens and make them believe that they actually have what it takes...

  • @tudarocki Thats pretty said you have to talk down to Vol. even though we have the same qualifications i dont mind doing it for free i love it and i am 18 bin doing it for about 2 years also am involved in the EMS field and got my license at 16

  • Nice vid Caleb!!!!

  • A real fireman wont post shit about themselves on youtube all day, they wont even think about calling themselves hero's either. i think what gives vollies a bad rep is the "young buck's" who are ate slap up with themselves and think thyere invincible and above the law with a red strobe in there window, which by the way is too daangerous to be used in my opinion.

  • thinks that kgorde15 is even a firefighter i know in wyoming paid and vol we all have same traing schools and same test sounds like he is a wanabe

  • Kgrode is a moron, volunteer or not it's the same national training for volunteers and paid guys. There's no difference other then the fact that volunteer guys take night calls and paid guys take day calls. He's obviously not a firefighter because I know my fire dept has a code of conduct. I'm sure your chief wouldn't be very happy with the way you're talking to your fellow fireman. By the way I'm an arson investigator and I started firefighting as a volunteer. So please idiot be quiet.

  • Comment removed

  • Where are your front and rear spotters for backing in an apparatus as mandated by NFPA? :P

  • @NFDfireman1983 So, rescuing a trapped victim from a burning house or cutting a person out of a car and saving there life because they were trapped or doing a swift water rescue because we ARE volunteers still make us "wannabes" in your eyes? Hmm, you are typical arrogant pig headed paid persons who don't give a shit about anyone but yourselfs. I WELCOME you to my department and show you how much we train and can guarentee you, most of our guys will put your ass to shame.

  • nice job guys wow you did the jo welll my granpa is a firefighter

  • Although I do think this video is dumb, I am a volunteer fire fighter and my rebuttle is as follows: At least in Ohio, a volunteer fighter is someone trained at 36 hours. If you obtain that you go through an 84 hour class to get your fire fighter I, and after that is the 240 class to be a fire fighter II, or "professional fire fighter", as what a full timer is. On my VOLUNTEER department, the majority of us are fire fighter II's. SAME TRAINING but we're "volunteer fire fighters"!

  • Only on Youtube would I see Paid firefighters talking down to Volunteers.. It's kinda unfortunate because at the end of the day a firefighter is a firefighter regardless of stance. I'm glad where i'm at there's a mutual respect, and brotherhood for both parties. If anyone goes down, im saving you...

  • @MuziqSoul114 thank you for saying that

  • @MuziqSoul114 I am completely with you on this one. I know I am just from mississippi but atleast down here we all respect each other. and as you said I have never anywhere i have traveled ever seen this much animosity towards the volunteer community. A brother is a brother no matter what

  • @MuziqSoul114

Most of the assholes putting down the vollys aren't firefighters they're pricks without balls. or for political correctness"guts"

  • @MuziqSoul114 same here man we all respect eachother, even the explorers get the utmost respect(which i am one)

  • @MuziqSoul114 aman brother ia a volunteer as well its a brotherhood you go we

  • @MuziqSoul114 NOT TRUE

  • @kgrode15 just because you can not go out and actually ENJOY YOUR JOB, doesn't mean that we can't!!! We go out and risk our butts just like you do and don't get paid a thing for it and i garuntee that we enjoy it way more than you do!!!!! Most Volunteers could match or beat your skill!! BTW, newer trucks with Q-Sirens, you can't see them, i would know, out dept just got one!

  • @lvff219 Im gonna call bullshit on that one. Im a career firefighter and i enjoy my job more than anything! a Q siren isn't meant to be hidden, they design them to look elegant and traditional and to be displayed.

  • @kgrode15 Maybe you are the asshole. Us volunteers got the exact same education as you, wich mean that we have what it takes too, and the only diffrence between you and us, is that you get paid and we don't, and in my world you aren't an asshole, a dreamer or a pre-mature ejaculater, if you are willing to risk your life to save a stranger for free or for money. Of cause we would like to get paid, no doubt about that, but for us, and hopefully for you too, it isn't the money that counts

  • @superpludder of course its not the money... we dont make enough to pay a car payment!

  • @superpludder well said

  • @kgrode15 how do you know that you were not just picked out of magic hat? a lot of vollies are on duty as firefighter all day, as well on duty with their regular jobs. so they make a bigger difference in the world than you paid guys

  • @kgrode15 We have what it takes asshole. We have the same training, we have the same skill level as you pig-headed jackasses just we love doing it for free. We have same standards as you, so before you go shooting off your big mouth, do us all a favour, go see how long a volunteer department actually trains their guys before putting them on the front line.

  • Comment removed

  • @kgrode15 dude vollie career were all in the same boat we all do the same exact things so stop being a prick because we all know you have vollie friends and you sit with them at the bar

  • @themooseisontheloose NOT TRUE

  • @rightfrontseat fuck that noise i sit every weekend in a bar with 2 or 3 career guys from a near by city so dont tell me that its not true

  • @themooseisonthelooseI'm not sure what you mean by "fuck that noise"? Not true is a statement of fact, not a statement of noise. The only thing that is the same is we (Career/VOL) care enough to want to help. I volunteered for 10 years before making it my career and we are very different. I'm not saying better we are just different. Go back to the bar and see what your "friends" say about that.

  • @rightfrontseat well first off "fuck that noise" is just a phrase that i use. and also i didn't imply anything negative, i was only implying that career and vollies do the same job with the same ambition and that is to help the public and their most required time of need. that was all i was saying nothing more.

  • @kgrode15 so what you are saying is that in order to have the balls to save someone you have to be paid? in my opinion that makes you cheap and you are NOT brave whatsoever

  • @kgrode15 you are not a fire fighter.

  • @NFDfireman1983 You're the typical arrogant full time jack ass who thinks he will always be the best. We all do the same thing, only thing is us vollies dont want to get paid because we like helping people, unlike your stuck up pig-headed jackass. I will run circles around you anyday

  • @lfdlumpy Im a volunteer and I do love volunteering but who the hell wouldnt wanna get paid to do this stuff everyday haha. No vollies dont have the same training as paid... what do you think paid guys do everyday they arent on a call? they train.. I am a proud vollie/emt. because i cant be a cop and a paid fireman.

  • @EMT13069 FALSE, You can be a full time firefighter and part time cop

  • @NFDfireman1983 Kiss my ass.

  • Yea..real cute.... lets see..Officers don't drive.....No spotter backing up? that sets a good example . If you are gonna do this guys..do it right...so you don't look like a bunch of probies..

  • @hububub46 officers do drive and u dont need a spotter maybe they have a camera in the back of it like we do in the back of our tower so suck it

  • I just finished 20 plus years as a firefighter / AO. Glad to see you guys are proud of your dept and proud of being a volunteer. I just have a couple of question's, when you started up the engine, why was it in gear? (sounded like reverse by the video) also, why do you have CAFS Equiped on the engine? I never liked using CAFS.... stay safe....

  • nice fake siren, that truck is not equipped with a Q. typical volunteers trying to be cool.

  • @kgrode15 whats ur problem least we do a job no one else wants

  • @kgrode15 dude r u serious that isnt a fake siren my tower has the same one so suck it

  • @bigdonnie624 really? where on the truck do you see the Q siren?
