The time for raag bhairavi is traditionally night time (late night) or any time at the end of a concert! After Bhairavi usually the baithak or the soiree finishes! Bhairavi has all the 7 notes and usually the mood crated is so intense nothing else will shine after it except another composition in Guess what -- Bhairavi! of course!

@athar077 , just my guess- Ghulam Ali looks, in this picture, a kid of about 25-30 years old. He is now 70. So the timing is probably 40-45 years ago, around 1968.
