  • That last scene is the coolest site to see.

  • @rngrchad I'm not sure if everyone is going to start making DVD's or not... But we've been at it for several years and have made a lot of memories along the way. We're truly sorry if you took the time to view this video and felt the need to comment in the manner that you did. Shoot straight, be safe...

  • what type of decoy have you got there, as in what make are they?

  • @markgameforeverythin They are the new Tanglefree Pro Series

  • hey excellent video man and willpenny is from england...... nuff said.... the name of the game is to be good enough to bring the birds in with a call AND KILL SOME FUCKIN BIRDS....

  • @mcwreckhue You american ass! you obveously have no respect for life, well fucking done if you go and sit in your stupid little boxes and need 12 shot autos to try and hit your 20 yard 'finishing' bird, and end up with 60 odd in the bag....good one big man! if you ever came to england to shoot youd have a fucking supprise!

  • I have also watched your video and using 9 shot autos or whatever you have there are always pricked birds flying off, pick your bird shoot it at 40 yards move onto another one take that at the same range, 2 geese down 2 shots no pricked birds...instead of blatting off 25+ shots per skein to try and kill as many as possible.

  • Im England we get no satisfaction over easly killing a goose at 20 yards, its easy, dunno what loads of steel you guys are using but we always make sure that our sheels and chokes are sutable for the ranges we are shooting at, it is easy to hit a goose at 20 yards but why not test yourself and your shooting skills and shoot them at longer ranges, give the bloody thing some respect and a decent chance at living, which it doesnt get if its hovering 20 yards away from you.

  • @willpenny7 If your worried about "giving a goose a chance at getting away" then why the hell are you hunting them...i know most of us hear call "respect for geese" a 20 yard shot because it wont feel a thing and again at 20 yards there wont be wounded ones getting away...common sence bud

  • Great Video guys! I myself prefer to shoot em with their feet down! In my experience with steel the closer they are the less shot you find in em, it blows right through them. Now if you are pass shooting or "skybusting" I belive you tend to find more shot that doesn't pass through! Nice shooting and keep up the good work.

  • @steelkiller79

You are obserd, shoot your quary at proper Bloody ranges

  • 3:44 is awesome. 5 *

  • Well, I'll reply to this one.

The bottom line is that we strive to put waterfowl as close to the gun as possible. Generally we shoot 25 yards or less, for a couple of reasons.

First, it's the challenge of the game. FINISHING waterfowl is winning to us, not shooting working birds or pass shots.

Second, I'd much rather risk chipping a tooth someday than watch cripples fly off to die a slow death.

We work very hard to make it happen, and so far my teeth are fine...and we eat them all!

  • If you shoot a duck or goose at any close than 20 yards you might aswell throw the bird away because their will be more lead in the bird than meat if you shoot it to close! A waste i think or you just you don't eat what you shoot so you should stop shooting now anyway!!!

  • hey buddy thats why in missouri it is illigal to use lead duh its called steel shot

  • I understand that people have different styles of hunting thats just the way they do things, the way these guys do it works as you can see. Kudo's to webfoot78 to another great video!

  • willpenny7

Sporting to shoot birds at 40-50 yards huh....Anybody who shoots steel will tell you the amount of cripples at that range can be absurd. Please shoot birds closer. In a lot of the duck videos I watch I see guys shooting them at 40-50 yards passing.....Personally the part of the hunt I like the best is seeing the bird lock up and come in. That means I have fooled them as much as they possibly could be. I'll shoot them at 20-25 yards all day.

  • @riptorrex

Dunno what steel cartridges you guys have but we always use the appropriate shot size and ammount to kill as efficiently as possible at range, steel will kill up to 50 yards. If we shoot further than that then we would move to Tungsten or Hevi-shot.

  • @willpenny7 no hunting to me is to respect and enjoy mother nature not to make a game out of it. its not a challenge as much a tradition. its getting to talk to the birds as if u were one. and its getting to kill the birds in a quick and responsible death then to make them suffer through anything. it is to take the call from mother nature and turn it into your own. it is the cricle of life and i will treat it like such in a respectable way.

  • Really shooting birds at 50+ yards is more sporting? how is that statement in anyway true? When you call the birds in to 10 or so yards, it means you convinced the geese to come in and they are giving you that close shot. When you shoot 40+ yards that is not giving them a chance! Also you dont KILL birds that far, you wound them. then kill them later. Bringing birds into the calling/spread is WAY better hunting!

  • ThanksGiving mmmmmmm

  • at 4mins plus, might as well take a damn ak-47 or somthing and shoot like a bitch!. but where the hell is that cause im going there asap!

  • Would be nice if you took some proper shots...aka 45 yards+ instead of 10 yards, i shoot in scotland in the uk and would love to see you guys trying to knock down 75-80 yard pinkfoot!

  • you fucking europeans are laways trying to out do us american over every thing. so what if it was 10 yard shots that means their calling and decoy spread was done right and i think any duck or goose hunter should feel good about that i shoot them at 10 or 40 what ever gets me and the people in my hunting party more and better shots

  • Yes, the decoy spread was working well but take them at a 'sporting' range!!! not wait till they are 10-20 yards, because in the end we all like hunting/shooting because its us verses nature so challenge yourself whalst giving nature a chance too! Try it next time you go out, its much more satisfying taking a 40-50 yard bird than a 10 yard one! Because 10-20 yard decoying geese aint exactly the hardest thing to shoot!

  • @aidensflame STFU dumb, no every european thinks same a willpenny, I think

the do a great job, and they got great skills in calling. -.-

  • Whats the song called??

  • I'm not 100% sure what it's called, maybe "dragons rage"...

We purchase most of our music from Partners in Rhyme if that is any help.

  • sweet video guys. looks like yall some pretty good hunting. Save some ducks for me!!! Cant even wait till i can go again. keep your eyes to the sky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great video guys.

  • gets me pumped up. sweet....

  • Awesome!!!!

    Refreshing!

  • Nice, great stuff. 5 out of 5!

  • good work

  • Winglock makes some great stuff... The new High voltage goose calls are the best he's ever made...

For guys that are new to short reeds he makes a call named the "whisperer" that is by far the easiest to learn on the market.

  • nice work guys!

  • My Nephew gave me one of there duck calls...it makes an old hack like me sound good. Didn't know they had a goose call? Great video!

  • 90% of of videos are shot somewhere in Illinois. All 3 zones, just dependes on where the birds are at the time....

  • is any of this video around chillicothe?

  • not half bad video, real up close and personal to the birds but maybe some advice on a promo sneak peak of your videos, keep short quick clips to keep the viewer interested, mostly kill shots and video thats original, that most people don't show in their videos...other than that, keep filming, and awesome job

  • nice to see guys finishing birds! great video!

  • Nice video, keep up the good work!

  • Awesome! Thats some great honker huntin!

  • Great vid guys!!! Looks like good shooting!
