I have done battle TWICE now with the U.S. Department of State regarding my status. They continue to insist that I am a 14th Amendment "person", who, by history and definition, is a former African slave, a "stateless person", not protected by state Constitutions, made a ward of the U.S. federal government.
I contested this vigorously and in writing. The women in charge of the Houston regional office, being black, took great exception to my argument. I ultimately prevailed.
THEN, when I prevailed against the State Department, they sicked the Census Bureau on me. I was visited at least 5 times, by two different people, and threatened with a huge fine if I didn't answer their questions. I refused, and they eventually stayed away. Next thing I know, I am being visited by the city code enforcement cop, who flat out lied to me, insisting that I have to get rid of the unregistered 1973 vintage sportscar I had parked on private property, or else.
To avoid a fight I was not prepared for, I moved the car out of town, at great expense. When I had a chance to read the Municipal Code, it turned out it would have been perfectly legal for me to keep the car in my garage, which I could have easily done.
So THIS is how our public servants work. They know their corrupt crony system, and exactly how to use it against innocent people, who they KNOW have done NOTHING wrong, except stand up to their tyranny..

I am sorry - I believe in freedom but some of these clowns can not read! Where in the Federal Constitution can they find the authority to regulate or criminalize what people put in their bodies? Some of them seem to support the drug laws.....They need much more education as to what Inalienable rights are and freedom in general IMHO.
@tittiger It sounds in many respects that we would go from a federal tyranny to a local tyranny, which is better but far from the principles of Jefferson, Locke, and Paine. These are not bad people but they have a far way to go to in understand liberty. The federal Constitution is only binding upon the federal government I do not see the logic in having county sherrif's swear to it. It makes NO sense. Don't get me wrong I am all for freedom and liberty.

Ore, Northern Cal because of the abdication of the 10th ammendment by elected officials. I may move back there from Texas to support the awakening in that area.

I have 2 friends who turned themselves in for treatment to stop using it and a family member and her husband who started out a few years ago with maybe a joint on the weekend. Now they do not go more than a few hours before lighting up. They don't even care that thier own son sells it, uses it and uses it for barter. The more your body gets use to the chemical, the more it wants for the same feeling.
The fact that every Sherrif from Northern California was not there says volumes. Not forgetting that the people themselves are the ones most responsible for our present state. We must support these rare patriots and be prepared to do so in great numbers.

As a retired San Diego Deputy Sheriff - kudos to Sheriff Mack and those in this video. Knowing that the secret non-elected N.G.O. sneaks, and elected officials that have administratively infected our state and Fed Gov. are being outed is heartening.
I usually rail incessantly against cops, because they usually deserve AT LEAST that. However, I wish the other 99.999% of cops in this country would come around like these awesome patriotic American brothers.

The reason pot is illegal is because of corporations like Dow Chemical and Dupont. there's no reason that pot should be illegal when booze is legal. Pot is less offesive than drinking booze in my opinion. Besides that most states in the US make it illegal for hemp products that have nothing to do with drugs. This one plant could bring legitmate jobs to the US by making many commecial products.

I have done battle TWICE now with the U.S. Department of State regarding my status. They continue to insist that I am a 14th Amendment "person", who, by history and definition, is a former African slave, a "stateless person", not protected by state Constitutions, made a ward of the U.S. federal government.
I contested this vigorously and in writing. The women in charge of the Houston regional office, being black, took great exception to my argument. I ultimately prevailed.

I was visited at least 5 times, by two different people, and threatened with a huge fine if I didn't answer their questions. I refused, and they eventually stayed away. Next thing I know, I am being visited by the city code enforcement cop, who flat out lied to me, insisting that I have to get rid of the unregistered 1973 vintage sportscar I had parked on private property, or else.

To avoid a fight I was not prepared for, I moved the car out of town, at great expense. When I had a chance to read the Municipal Code, it turned out it would have been perfectly legal for me to keep the car in my garage, which I could have easily done.
So THIS is how our public servants work. They know their corrupt crony system, and exactly how to use it against innocent people, who they KNOW have done NOTHING wrong, except stand up to their tyranny..

I have 2 friends who turned themselves in for treatment to stop using it and a family member and her husband who started out a few years ago with maybe a joint on the weekend. Now they do not go more than a few hours before lighting up. They don't even care that thier own son sells it, uses it and uses it for barter. The more your body gets use to the chemical, the more it wants for the same feeling.

As a retired San Diego Deputy Sheriff - kudos to Sheriff Mack and those in this video. Knowing that the secret non-elected N.G.O. sneaks, and elected officials that have administratively infected our state and Fed Gov. are being outed is heartening.

I usually rail incessantly against cops, because they usually deserve AT LEAST that. However, I wish the other 99.999% of cops in this country would come around like these awesome patriotic American brothers.
What these guys STILL don't realize though, is that what they're fighting against is something called "Agenda 21". They should all become extremely well versed in it as soon as possible.

Good start. Now we need to teach the sheriffs who they can have 25 county residents form a "de jure GRAND JURY" issue a True Bill of Indictment and ask them [the Sheriffs] to arrest Federal Agents for theft, trespass, etc

Their against pot their for the lumber mills. Wake up these guys are part of a monopoly. Legalize weed and you will put the mafia out of business and put in a new industry. Those mill workers could have jobs making hemp products - but those big mills are probably against that!!! Quit being a part of the problem - these guys are brainwashed or currupt - I don't trust them.

If you want to talk economics - legalize weed. It will not only knock out half of the mafia but it will also bring jobs to the US to create hemp products. even fuel and food can be made from growing hemp. The police are very ignorant when it comes to the so called war on drugs that they have perpetuated. They know that there would be less need for them if it was legalized. You are part of the problem Sheriff - you are helping the mafia grow just so you can have a job.

The reason pot is illegal is because of corporations like Dow Chemical and Dupont. there's no reason that pot should be illegal when booze is legal. Pot is less offesive than drinking booze in my opinion. Besides that most states in the US make it illegal for hemp products that have nothing to do with drugs. This one plant could bring legitmate jobs to the US by making many commecial products.
