I have used my ROKR E8 for one year now and I am just as happy with it now as I was 12 months ago. Yes a little slow sometimes, but other than that no problems at all and has not missed a beat once.

I have not used another MP3 phone so I am not an expert but for looks and functionality I hope this phone gives me another year of joy at least and then perhaps the good folk at Motorola WILL have created an even more awesome MP3 phone

eBay $300. I just ordered one. Unlocked and unbranded. 2gb internal memory and expandable with micro sd up to 4gb. Don't cry if it does not have a great camera. If you want a camera phone get the SE K850i. And no it is not 3G it is only edge. If you want the internet on your phone get an iPhone 3G.

I had a RAZR from T-Mobile, now an unlocked ROKR Z6 that I bought from Motorolas website, anyone think I should go back to limiting myself to T-Mobile again and getting this. The only thing that disappointed me was that it had no flash and my phone does for camera. My contract expires in November. If Motorola sells this E8 online unlocked I'll think about getting it more.

this phone is great for music and camera. you don't need a large screen for music, i'm only looking for that so that i'm able to read subtitles on forign films. i prefare the iphone because of the larger flash drive and internet (winamp remote too) i want a camera, but won't find a better camera on a phone with an ipod in it (ive had a phone with 1.3mp and took good pics) i also dislike itunes, apple should give people the choice to sync with their own player or simply drag and drop

the only and important thing that make iphone great is the wireless options, take that of and it's a crap cellphone with limited options, but at the of the day it all depends in how you are going to use the phone, so...

for me this is way better than the iphone, smaller, video capturing, smaller mp3 player, 6GB aren't so bad after all, no so delicate (that's apreciation because my brother have ipod touch and it's really delicate)

i phone, there's a bluetooth, but u can't use it to transfer items to other phone, theres a speaker, but it's really shitty and low, when u turn the speaker at about 75% and up, the sound is distorted, iphone can't read contacts from simcard so u have to move it one by one, features is limited, the headphone jack is narrow, so u have to buy a new converter( like wtf?).

I heard that third party software can easily be installed in order to use the sim card. Plus I'm shure there's tons of other software avalaible for the iphone , heck u can even run MAME arcade game simulator on it.
