Through out history God's people were always a minority. So the remnant here is referring to the faithful who are the minority. The dragon is referring to the Devil, and the seed of the good woman are the children of God. There is a description who these people are in Revelation 14:12 which says "Here is the patience of the saints, here are they that keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus Christ". These are the two conditions necessary for salvation.

The change of the sacredness of Saturday to Sunday was actually done by Constantine in 321 A.D. Yes, a completely man made doctrine. Acts 5:29 says "We aught to obey God rather than man".
I used to think the Sabbath was very important, but I don't anymore. That Sabbath rest in the Old Testament was just a forerunner of the spiritual rest that men would enter in to, a resting from their own works. I don't believe that we must keep a special day anymore. Hebrews 4. Charles Finney had a great sermon titled: "Resting in Obedience" that you can find on Google. We now ought to rest from our own works by faith in Christ who will do the works through us.
Does faith in Christ free us from the Moral Law? Christ fulfilled the Mosaic Laws that symbolized Him, but what does this have to do with the moral law that contains no symbols? How could Christ have fulfilled it therefore? The truth is the Moral law was never done away with. The Sabbath being a part is still applicable today. Jesus Himself kept the Sabbath (Luke 4:16). There is not a single verse in the entire Bible indicating the sacredness of Saturday was ever transferred to Sunday.
Jesus kept the Sabbath because he was required to fulfill the Old Testament Law perfectly on our behalf. We are still required to keep the Sabbath, but I believe the Sabbath is now a spiritual resting in faith from our own works as our means of salvation. My old church set up a huge committee to research whether we ought to keep the Sabbath on Saturday or Sunday, and they could not prove that Saturday was indeed the prescribed day so we continued to meet on Sundays.

I don't believe faith frees us from the Moral Law. It's a matter though of method of keeping that particular requirement. I would do a Google search if I were you, you can find many sermons on the topic. When I was trying to obey the bible in my own flesh, attempting to save myself by my own works, though I knew it not, I was very concerned about a Sabbath day. But now I go by faith in Christ and I seek that spiritual rest whereby I may 'rest from my own works' by faith in Christ's salvation.

I think everything is being staged for a more cosmic event which scholars say will occur on the winter solistice of 2012 (galactic alignment, ascension/rapture of church?). Sunday isn't the seventh day. The church decided to change the day to Sunday since Jesus was resurrected on Sunday. The seventh day was always Saturday. That's way "Seventh Day Adventists" worship on Saturday, for example.

Through out history God's people were always a minority. So the remnant here is referring to the faithful who are the minority. The dragon is referring to the Devil, and the seed of the good woman are the children of God. There is a description who these people are in Revelation 14:12 which says "Here is the patience of the saints, here are they that keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus Christ". These are the two conditions necessary for salvation.

I used to think the Sabbath was very important, but I don't anymore. That Sabbath rest in the Old Testament was just a forerunner of the spiritual rest that men would enter in to, a resting from their own works. I don't believe that we must keep a special day anymore. Hebrews 4. Charles Finney had a great sermon titled: "Resting in Obedience" that you can find on Google. We now ought to rest from our own works by faith in Christ who will do the works through us.

Does faith in Christ free us from the Moral Law? Christ fulfilled the Mosaic Laws that symbolized Him, but what does this have to do with the moral law that contains no symbols? How could Christ have fulfilled it therefore? The truth is the Moral law was never done away with. The Sabbath being a part is still applicable today. Jesus Himself kept the Sabbath (Luke 4:16). There is not a single verse in the entire Bible indicating the sacredness of Saturday was ever transferred to Sunday.

Jesus kept the Sabbath because he was required to fulfill the Old Testament Law perfectly on our behalf. We are still required to keep the Sabbath, but I believe the Sabbath is now a spiritual resting in faith from our own works as our means of salvation. My old church set up a huge committee to research whether we ought to keep the Sabbath on Saturday or Sunday, and they could not prove that Saturday was indeed the prescribed day so we continued to meet on Sundays.

I don't believe faith frees us from the Moral Law. It's a matter though of method of keeping that particular requirement. I would do a Google search if I were you, you can find many sermons on the topic. When I was trying to obey the bible in my own flesh, attempting to save myself by my own works, though I knew it not, I was very concerned about a Sabbath day. But now I go by faith in Christ and I seek that spiritual rest whereby I may 'rest from my own works' by faith in Christ's salvation.

I am not a christian... but i consider John Paul II one of the greatest characters in the last 100 years. He was, from my point of view, a honorable person.He could sit in a room with Jews, Islamic, Hindu, Shinto or any other religious denomination, and see them as peers with their own views on faith and belive.That to me, is one of the if not the greatest qualities a religious leader can have in modern times.I may not belive in what he did, but I'm lucky to have lived at the same time as him.

Its possible that these predicted, corresponding events that are unfolding from the Bible could be just that, they are happening solely because they written about in the Bible. I too believe something special will happen on Dec. 21st 2012. Not necessarily the end of the world like so many others believe, but the dawn of a new AGE! The Bible talks a lot about the coming of another age. I believe that this will be the starting point of that age. Im not so sure if the rapture will happen but something will. Its a galactic alignment so something very notable is sure to happen. Man... its gonna be epic.

Peter wasn't the first pope. catholicism didn't start until 300 AD. Peter was the last living Apostle. Christian not catholic. Peter never prayed to mary, only through Christ and his father.

probably coincidence but I found Jon Paul II was called De labore sols.= The Suns eclipse. Only pontiff to be born on an Eclipse and later intombed during an eclipse. If satan is to resurect him then most likely will make it look like jesus did it to fool all. Sunday isn't the seventh day. The church decided to change the day to Sunday since Jesus was resurrected on Sunday. The seventh day was always Saturday. That's way "Seventh Day Adventists" worship on Saturday, for example.
Whether the church was right in making the change has been the subject of debate for years.

This is very very intersting. I'm almost convinced. The AC will be tied in to a "one-world-religion" and the vatican is going a good job getting there with their ecumenism movement. But...I have a problem with Adventists and their view of the Trinity...Jesus IS the I AM...And Jesus IS God. And we are in the age of Grace and not subject to the Law. We are saved by Grace....

It is obvious, that you do not know prophecy! In this case, please read harder and do not fool people with non-sens. Just a hint for you: a head in Revelation 17 never represents a person, but a kingdom;) And the kingdoms excepting the last two heads (+the eight) are not related to each other. Wisdom unto you! And something else, please do not misuse texts form the Bible, keep them in their context!
