hey man, could i have some honda fans back up please lol type in "got vtec" ! its about 4 down from the top and says "me dipping the clutch giving it some beans" or something, these americans are trying to tell me that honda is shit and corvettes and muscle cars are so much better trying to say power and torque is everything lol i need some back up man, i love honda! lol

@wiskimike i have an '01 ek4 with full options and it weigths 1210kg, the EK9 have the b18 engine downsized to 1.6l and bigger brakes than my ek4 so it sould weigths the same or more than mine

both are soooo sexy but I had a jdm 96 type r swap in my 95 civic ex no ps/ac, no tar under the carpet, gutted trunk, rear strut bar, ebay suspension, innovative motor mounts, avid torque mounts, i/h/e, pulleys, and msd ignition box and there is a huge difference to a stock itr since they run low 15's and mine ran low 13's I would have loved to see a pro drive that car he could have made it into the 12's with dr's or slicks well imo I think it could have

the integra typeR is faster in the 1/4race BUT the civic typeR HANDLE BETTER than the integra R

That civic that raced the teg in the 1/4 mile race - Was that the 98 model I presume?

The 97 ek9 was lighter and did 0-60mph in 5.7secs, so it would have beat the teg, right?

I don't think there's a significant weight difference between the pre-facelift and facelift ek9's.

97 and 98 civics are the same. then there is a facelift in 99 and that one weighs the same also. the 5.7sec time I do not know where they got that from but it doesn´t add up cause the integra does win and not just this race it just beats the civic hands down.
