LOL @natsplit! It might surprise you that Japan was working on the A-Bomb and planned to use it on the USA! One of their two research facilities was located in what is now North Korea and the Japanese scientists were captured by Russia and helped the USSR get its A-Bomb. There is a large of amount of radiological evidence and eye witness evidence to suggest Japan test fired an A-Bomb off of North Korea around the time we dropped the first bomb. War crime, I think not!

Unfortunately, we had Italy as ally which wanted a mediterranean Empire. The Italians were no help, they held the Germans up. With the arab nations on Germanys side, it would have been possible to gain more ressources and kick the Brits out of Egypt, Syria, Libya etc..
