Hi i am 16, currently in high school, i might want to be a chef or a pastry chef, but i can not cook, i try but it always comes out wrong, is it possible for me to be a chef? What courses would i take? in college?

I love how he is talking about safety and sanitation and there is a shot of a student wearing a bunch of bracelets while cleaning then he goes into the equipment that can take your arm off.
