  • I LOVE YOU

  • BRAVO YSL, YOU WILL BE MISSED.

  • knowing how contreversial Naomi is...its so great to see how touched she was by YSL death

its real and you can feel it, and yes as a black woman(like iman) she ows her career to him

  • you should of seen her interview after gianni versace died she was a disaster. that her was best friend

  • there is a huge difference between versace and YSL...for historical importance for women of color on the runway YSL is the pioneer

  • oh yeah i know for sure but i just saying gianni was best friend out of all the designers and made her the spokes person for his line when he was alive.

  • YSL threatened to boycott Vogue Paris for refusing to put Naomi (or black models in general) on it's cover he must have been very close to her.. he broke many racial barriers.. he put Chinese model Du Juan in his campaign and she ended up the first asian to be on Vogue Paris' cover RIP.

  • Naomi I have been soo sad since yesterday about Yves Saint Laurent. I am crying right now and it's one year since Yves has been gone. There will never be another Yves Saint Laurent that's for sure.

  • traduciion please.. to spanis

  • Poor Campbell

  • you are so sad.

  • hahahaha, about what!!! YSL used not so well known color black models too you know!

  • shudup!

  • Weve interviewed Naomi Campbell backstage at London Fashion Week 2008. The collection was amazing, and we spoke to her right after the show. Have a look at these exclusive interviews on t5m.

  • Yves Saint Laurent, a designer, a legend, a person, THE KING OF FASHION.

    his legacy lives on ((:

  • thanks for the video naomi's such an emotional person.. saint laurent left us but he'll be always remembered for building a huge empire in this hard industry. there are so many things to mention about him and his character but mostly about what fashion has gained from him. he deserves all of our respect. i've been reading how a gentle character he had, how polite he was and that has made me cry.. thanks for your love&respect for him .. R.I.P. master

  • He is a legend.

    R.I.P.

YSL continue it wherever u are.

  • Yves St. Laurent has changed the world of fashion. He will NOT be forgotten! Well at least in my mind. We all love YSL... R.I.P.

  • YSL was the first famous designer to use black models back in 1963. From Iman to Alek Wek, they all worked for YSL. I'm not so sure about D&G, since they often use Asian or black models in their campaigns and runway shows. I would say avoid Versace, Prada, Stella McCartney, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Olivier Theyssens and i could go on and on! And YSL's successor, Italian Stefano Pilati, doesn't use black models because their bottoms are too big, WTF?!! And this guy designs for YSL?! What a shame.....

  • Chanel Iman: black model featured in the YSL Spring 2008 show

  • YSL was the first designer to use an all black cast in one of his shows no other designer can make that claim. That is why blacks must be careful whose name they scream like Dolce and Gabbana. They said they would never put their clothes in a ethnic magazine, The magazine was called Ebony go figure.

  • Naomi Campbell was just featured in the fall 2009 D&G menswear fashion show a few weeks ago, and Dolce and Gabbana chose Timbaland to represent their clothing at Fashion Rocks last September

  • "Naomi Campbell was just featured in the fall 2009 D&G menswear fashion show a few weeks ago, and Dolce and Gabbana chose Timbaland to represent their clothing at Fashion Rocks last September "

Well those are two cases and I am not talking about that I am talking about putting their clothes in Ebony Magazine like other designers have done including Versace and Yves Saint Laurent but hey to each its own.

  • I don't mean to start an argument, but where is your source with the Ebony piece? I've never heard of D&G doing such a thing?

  • aww, makes me wanna cry :( and people say she has no emotions. :(

    R.I.P.

  • NAOMI Campbell deserves respect,no bodies is perfect we all commits mistakes,i salutes you naomi, no body can copy your style in catwalk

  • I'm very moved by Naomi's insights. She knows so much. She deserves more respect. And RIP Monsieur Saint Laurent.

  • YSL, the FIRST of FIRSTS, and the LAST of LASTS.
