Since bitch is a slang term originating from from a English word for a specific animal, I think an exact translation is unlikely. My hunch is that bitch is overused in American dialog as an insult to woman and bilingual people or people learning the language assume it is the equivalent. When I was a kid and asked what it meant I was told "bitch", found out later it was whore.
