this happend to me once, when i got to the house of salavation during the palmacosta visit, i was asked to save chocalat i sayed wait until we finish the seals, and after i made it to the isailea human ranch, it was destroyed, iether it was a glitch, or it was part of the story

it's most likely the planned on having dirks house very close to iselia, and planned on it being destroyed by the desians. would have been cool if they left it like that... I wanted to see lloyd go on a desian killing spree :(

I know in the Tales of Destiny Remake, they have TEN working slots in the party menu so you can hack Leon into your party in the second half of the game and have EVERY character. (I've done it.)

In the description, scenario 3 would be impossible because the tower of salvation that crumbled was in Tethe'alla and the debris only hit Heimdall and the surrounding area. The tower of salvation in Sylvarant had already disappeared before all that.

My theory is that, when the earthquake that occurs when all of the summon spirits are released, and the giant tree goes out of control, the earthquake actually destroys his Dirk's house, killing him, and the scene where the group takes Colette back to his house after passing out at the Iselia Ranch where he explains it had no effect because of the hard bedrock, never occured. I believe this was the original story, but was shortly replaced to save time.

I think that the Desians attacked Dirk's house when they found out that Lloyd infiltrated the Iselia Ranch by contacting Marble and attacking Forcystus' guards. So they attacked Dirk's house since they saw him go into the opposite way of the village. After they attacked Dirk's house while Genis and Lloyd went to Iselia to try and catch up with Colette, they realised Lloyd wasn't there so they attacked Iselia. They did not harm Anna's grave because, only the Desians were there and not Forcystus.

there were cracks and dents in the ground which is similar to the crack in the house. Since the house was made of wood it would be easy to demolish the staircase and the upper floor which the Desians could have easily done. And if it was an earthquake shouldn't it have demolished Anna's grave aswell?...

I don't think the Desians actually know about Anna stealing the exsphere from the angelus project only the grand cardinals know. The cracks in the house could have been the Desians because, when the Desians attacked Luin,

They had to have made it early. I'm guessing it has to do with the ranch myself. It would be weird for them to change something like this midway through, and still have it in.

Or else, it was planned for the very near end, then dumped. Either way, this would be too much of a change in story, I would believe.

the ninth slot could have been because they never intended sheena to go to the mama cannon alone. witch explains the 9th slot and the fact that there is an inside to the mana cannon. so all 9 charecter would go to the isealia rance and all 9 would go to the mana cannon? just a thought :/

Oh shush. <3 I've moved my way around such trivial matters since the making of this video. No one has to be wounded or killed anymore, and we can all beat Yggy to a pulp together like it should be.

And of COURSE they made it. I haven't even laid eyes on a 3D modeler yet, and the level of hacking for ToS isn't high enough to modify the map itself. So this is all made by Namco-- they were just too lazy to remove it.

Well, I'm not done mapping out the values for the exit modifier, so I can't say if this map is actually grouped with the normal Dirk's House maps, but chances are that it is. My theory as to why they made it are in the video DESCRIPTION, which is what everyone should be reading instead of just posting a question. o_o 'Cause the point is, it wasn't taken out of the game and they had every intention of using it.

The people who made ToS are creative. They could have made a storyline for it, which is what my theories are. Whether Dirk got out okay or not is another turning point in itself. ... I had a brainstorm right at that second. I'm going to update the description with the Dirk theory. Please check it later.

The only PROGRAM that I use for this is an encrypter, which you can download pretty much anywhere for free.

... The only other tool that you need to do this amatuer level of hacking is an Action Replay, sweetie. O_o Which is by no means free.

I'm going to end up demanding to speak one-on-one with the guy who set up the Kratos vs. Zelos fight and ask him what tools he used, so hopefully we can get into a higher level of hacking for ToS. But first thing is first: Finish mapping all the values.

Like I said, I'll edit the descriptions with the codes after I have all of the values mapped out. Sadly, there are a LOT of maps for ToS. ... Over 200, man, and I've already done over 150.. But, you have to understand, I don't just sit around with spare time on my hands anymore. I don't have as much time to map these things out as I used to.
