  • Badass......simply badass

  • What's the song in the background? It's good...

  • @shishi7777777 "On the General's Orders," I believe, though I don't speak Chinese; I think there are variations on the lyrics. I know about it because we hear it CONSTANTLY with relation to my style (hung gar) because it's sort of Wong Fei Hung's theme song.

  • its weird seeing the straight sword and katana forms

  • lol i kinda figured that was Master Chen, but i didnt know his fulll name thhanks for posting.

  • amazing, amazing and amazing.

  • all i have is one word : graceful.

  • Is he using a Tai Chi sword?

  • @jhosophat yea its callled a jian or straight sword

  • @jhosophat Yes, although this kind of sword is used by many Chinese martial arts. It's a Jian (Mandarin) or Gim (Cantonese).

  • what the fuck is this shit?

  • wu dang jian

  • Pretty girl.

  • trained well...to kill...bah

  • kill who? Ive never heard of a death in the Chinese Opera. They are trained performers.

  • I must clearly disagree, to kill someone is incredibly easy even without weapons. And this person knows the idea of moves - that is what he shows - in fight he would be incredibly swift.

For example Tai Ji is know for slow moves - but that is only half of it - the other one is swift and deadly.

Forms are to be practiced in a slow way - for comprehension - except for bian (chain whip) three section stave etc. forms

  • Sweet.

  • It will be so cool if our break-dancing group learned the technique and it would be so cool.

  • oh of course, it would take years to know it this well....

  • wha is that THE seven stars.. form... the ancient form??.... What is that doing on the internet!!! Hey! I wonder if that master got any money to sell this beauty online

that form my friend sibbalsekichunje is, well let's say it's very old... older than you can imagine

I didn't know there were a sword form seven stars amazing

  • @GEOZ84 do you like that sword form?

I have trained under that master and he would be willing to teach this form to you.

this master is a very humble, and will let you stay at his school near Wu Dang shan.

  • @Bebopchiflow But how does someone attend this school?

  • he is wudang master chen shixing,

u can search his website in google by name "chen shixing",and u also can find

    many related kungfu video

  • So beautiful

  • sweet :p

  • Wow the sword movements and music match perfectly! ^_^

Hmm I wonder what is the name of this song?

  • wudang is so elegent yet deadly

  • so graceful, so eligent, so beautiful

  • yes , i knew i recognized him , this is master chen , he is also a master of a tiger style of kung fu is he not?

  • pretty cool though how 9dragons copied the exact wu-tang sword style

  • isn't it wu-daNG kung fu?

  • pretty sure this is what shang hua uses in Soul Calibur 3 and 4.

It's rather impressive if utilized professionaly in battle.

  • Close, but not quite. Xianghua uses a form of swordplay invented by one of the branches of the Chen family in the Hakka-speaking region of China originally only used for the purpose of defense against invaders, but now more of an art style than anything, and still only know by members of the family.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA sibbal HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • I know, right? TOTAL geek, innit? ;3

  • im guilty of it as well...lol

  • I applaud your vast knowledge of history in the Arts

  • this shows why i say most americans dont

get it - this form is the result of years

    of real practice and discipline

  • Amazing video, its a pleasure to watch such a masterful performance.

  • walao wei so cool!!! background song is from the tai chi master movie and best of all is cantonese version, geng la!

  • Agreed, Cantonese is so beautiful.

Greetings from a Hong Kong adoptee.

  • Yup, my favourite show TVB. Haha, can't miss it on weekdays :p

  • thats what i call master

  • every thrust is an attack

  • is this master zhong?

  • I do Shaolin kung fu, so just wondering, does Wu dan only do sword and tai chi styles?

  • nah, they also do Baghuazhang and Xing yi

i also seen some of them do animal forms of kunjg fu

  • uhm no uhrm my ass doesn't talk no i understand why talk shit...(O)____(o)

  • it's about doing it fast but doing it with precision like a docter opperation that's the mettod but doing it better isn't difficult

  • Excellent form, beautiful style. I think I might've seen an error, but I'm no expert.

  • well nice vid but are there any way that defend yoself from guns?? lol

  • It's ignorant of people still trying to see the old weapons as killing instruments. These are arts people. You want killing, then there's nothing better than nuclear weapons. There, how you gonna defend against that?

  • hehe, but if you want to assasinate one person a chopstick or bare hands pass always through the defences in a better way than a pistol, of course Sniper rifle can be used as well but... it lacks elegance :)

  • it is from wudang kungfu. the form is reformed from the wudang taichi sword, wudang xunmun sword and others. he is a student of the great master zhong yun-loong at the wudang mountain.

  • You are amazing.. Love it

  • Who is this young man? How old was he when this was taped? Who is his master?

  • It's not quite Shaolin. It's a Taoist form of kung fu called Wu-Tang, meaning "A place for war".

  • Awesome!, by the way are these types of kung fu exercises like tai chi? Or are they just patterns like kata

  • Simply amazing!

  • I was pretty impressed. By the way, they love that song in China.

  • pretty good stances

  • iGän ez jó kis cuccoskä -->yeah cool

  • hi guys...is this shaolin or modern kung fu?

  • wu dan school... shaolin kung fu I guess

  • Normally, Shaolin would be considere external and Wudan internal. So this is different, and (as a general tradiion) just as old or older as Shaolin Kung Fu.

  • Wudan is not Shaolin but a parralel or competing school - just another mountain. Pretty much almost as old, but Shaolin has both external and internal elements to it, just like Wudan.

  • wudang. looks like master yuan but im really not sure. just a wild guess.

  • he is not master yuan.

  • Taichi masters soundtrack

  • WOW HW IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! Don't ever stop man!

  • Not sure on the name. But they use a version of it for the Once Upon a Time In China movies. Try Wong Fei Hungs theme, or something along the lines of that.

  • Theme from Taiji Zhang Sanfeng (Tai-Chi Master), not Once Upon a Time in China. Once Upon a Time in China's theme is known as "Nan Er Dang Zi Qiang." It's not the same song.

  • It's acutally the same score as the same score as used in Once upon a time in china, the old folk song On the Generals Orders, except the new version in One upon a time in china is A Man Should better himself

  • does anyone know the name of song?
