some magazine did this when the is300 first came out, they put the motor from a sc430 in the is300. I think they said it bolted right up, i could be wrong though.

So this was the only one ever made. But im sure theres been people whove made their IS300's run on a V8 engine. Extremely nice car btw. Im hoping to get my hands on an IS300 soon.

this car is job lexus wanted to be done for the SEMA presentation. they took the SC engine and put it into this car... they hardly fitted it in. if they want do build more of them, they have to change the engine - or the space because they had to modify a lot in the front so that the engine could fit. - if i remember right, the drivetrain is from the toyota supra.
