That I-295 interchange is really nice. Only thing I don't understand is why there are loop ramps from FL 9A to I-95 South when the northern interchange is being constructed with a flyover from I-95 to FL 9A as if it were to be a bypass.
That's a good question. Plus, if one is passing through, IMO, FL9A is not a good route to take as it goes through a heavily populated area from the St. John's River southward with lots of local traffic.
