@Jackstanford7 That's called a backup guitarist. One can be seen in a few of this songs live performances live. Sometimes they stand behind the amps. If you listen to the song close you can tell it's layered.

Biffy played amazing. Just a shame the crowd seem to not understand this band or appreciate this band. Its a draw for tickets and it seems the only a few of the crowd are Biffy fans.

one big regret: walking away when these were playing at oxegen because i thought they were a metal band, went and got a burger and then dropped that. serves me right for not going to these. came home and started to listen to them and adore them now! i will see them again, i wil se them again

Absolutely awesome. There are very few bands who are this raw live and who actually pull it off. I see people criticise them for not sounding like the CD but that's exactly what I like about Biffy when they play live, it's raw, it's passionate and it's just pure genius.

@deanince Some people don't understand the difference between recorded and live mate. The studio is the time to chill, get it right and make it sound huge. Then live is the forum to just play the song and go for it. If every band played spot on exactly what they played on the CD at their shows, people would be paying for a live rendition of a CD. Live music is what makes a band, any band that sucks at it are doomed.

BTW I'm supporting your point if there was any doubt. Biffy rule live...
