Abbas had 10 months of building moratorium when we forced ppl who lawfully bought their land and served construction plans, got all permits and payed taxes, not to build. But he did not sit to talk then, and it had cost us a fortune in compensations. So now what does he want? If he wants a "state", he will have to accept the settlers as equal rights citizens, just like we have the Israeli Arabs. Announcing he would do that, would be a nice first step towards peace.

I don't understand why people refer to the Madrid or Moscow bombings or the Munich incident as it is completely unrelated to the current context of achieving peace between the two sides.
