this is gonna seem stupid, i know. But this video of them (especially Sara) is something I will never forget. I first saw this 3 years ago when I was just coming to terms with being gay and I remember thinking Sara looked so incredible here, I couldn't even handle it! hahha. I love how they smile at each other when Sara messes up. But I don't think this song is about Emy. This song was about someone Sara was having an affair with, they both have said that...I think Emy came into the picture a while after that situation. Plus Emy's American this song's about someone who was already living in Montreal that Sara fell in love with. Emy moved there and they had to get papers and stuff just so Emy could stay to be with Sara. So this song wouldn't add up to "Emy":-)

Sara was having an "affair" cause she was seeing (and fell in love with) someone who was already in a relationship, that she had met shortly after moving to Montreal. "So Jealous" is also about that person, well that situation.

o I'm just obsessed with the whole album, So Jealous...and I looked up like EVERY interview they've EVER done in those 3 years or so and...I think there is a Tegan & Sara fansite where you could get that same info...can't remember but it's easier than looking up archive interviews like I did.
