  • keep those knees straight : )

  • I wish this had of had the original song instead. Still awesome

  • do i need a wetsuit to freedive?

  • great, i need the pool here :)

  • Is this the Arlington park pool?

  • i can hold my breathe for three minutes. ive had no real training so i want to expand on this. any help?

  • lol local pool? thats like 20 foot lmao

  • THATS A LOCAL POOL!?!?!??! that is a high quality olympic sized pool, can i live by you?????

  • sweet vid, u need to work on arm stroke, way to far away from ur body, keeping the push close to ur bodes maximises efficency and hydrodynamics,

    give it a try :-)

  • I cant get past the urge to breathe i heard if u get past that tou can really start to relax underwater but my personal best is 43 seconds but it was 22 seconds when i first started any good videos that show breathi g exercises for this?

  • @SLAPPYxGAFFNEY running is the easiest way to increase lung expantion. also sitting aroung and holding your breath helps. Ive been able to hold my breath for almost 2 minutes after my 3rd day of "training". I just wish that there was a good place to dive were i live :(

anybody know a good place to freedive with good visibility in the Long Island sound??

  • @rushsps250 look up east coast freedivers. there are quite a few people from NYC that drive to Dutch Springs in Bethlehem, PA to go freediving. They have a couple of videos on here too.

  • @rushsps250 oh, and the vis at Dutch Springs is usually awesome. At least 20 feet I'd say... but probably better on most days.

  • How do you get past that urge to breathe... Theres got to be an easier way, i can only hold my breathe maybe 60 seconds while moving under water like that. and thats a maybe if it was a do or die situation.

  • How deep is that pool?

  • very nice mate...u got very good bottom time...gara is one of the top choices but the prices is very steep compared to mares razor. thanks for the video.

  • he sexy

  • i wish i lived close to a pool deep as that one

  • For all the people worrying about equipment: You could also start freediving without fins. Although fins are a lot of fun the basic techniques are learned without using them. I am a beginner freediver and what I learned is that learning how to be safe, do static apnea, maybe little bit of dynamic without fins is much more important then having these cool long amazing fins. :P Just my 2 cents.

  • It's Saul Wiliiams - Sunday Bloody Sunday

  • you got good bottom time.

  • nice vid mate!

  • the new mares ones are pretty neat

  • Hi, nice video! I'm freediving myself, and I'm about to buy new fins, what fins do you recommend? Im thinking about the Cressi Gara 3000

  • @MarreLirre Affordability sake, I'd stick with Cressi. As far as which model the Gara 3000's are what I personally use. I've gotten to use the Gara 2000's, they are quite a bit stiffer if that's what you prefer; a bit harder to get a hold of though. I'd recommend ordering the fins off of ebay, I've noticed a huge price difference when compared to stores.

  • @MarreLirre Why do not you get carbon blades??

  • @hohol27

What's the pros/cons with carbon blades?

  • @MarreLirre Carbon blades -more power, better push when you go down and go back up with less physical effort ,burn less air which means longer dive time, better chance to score a good shot (if you spearfish of course). Once you try them you would not go back to the plastics ones. Cons -more expensive, also they can be broken if not used properly.

  • i LOVE diving n swimming in water as if it was human's natural element

the only annoying thing is the ears

water in the ears. or if u make a spin. water dropping into ur ear

going back up half deaf. potential eeardrum damage

the blowurnose thingy dangerous..Etc..earplugs can actually get pushed in...gets worse the deeper u go....

    i hate it TT.TT

  • Nice video !

What's the name of this music ?

  • @maderfaker500 it's a Nine Inch Nails cover of U2's Sunday Bloody Sunday.

  • @doogleisfat yeah, but if ur gonna listen to U2 songs, listen to the actual band. These guys made a joke out of this song. I clicked on another video cause i didn't want to rip my ears out of my head. real U2 always.

  • @swimmersunite Well each to their own, although I do prefer the original, I am a big fan of Trent Reznor's work, including this cover.

  • haha arlington pool. who is in this video?

  • i have been training over the last 3 weeks now i can swim 50m under water does anyone know if thats good plus i gave up smoke about a mount ago

  • the mask hes using is a mantis 5 mask by GULL

  • Hey what kind of mask are you using ?

  • COOL stuff.

  • Pretty cool vid !! :-)

Your apnea time is not bad - train for more.
